“This afternoon I went to Caliber Collision for an unscheduled estimate on some scrapes on my passenger side rear fender wheel-well and a passenger side mirror that would no longer retract because of being bent in the wrong direction. The manager “Z” greeted me, asked if I had an appointment (I didn’t) and proceeded to listen to my concerns. He came out to my F-150 King Ranch and diagnosed that I merely had rubbed paint from another vehicle that could be easily removed with a cloth and the right rubbing compound. After assessing the mirror he recognized it just needed a little maneuvering and it would contract as normal. While he was assisting me, I was interrupted by an important phone call. He patiently waited for me to complete the call and then asked if he could go ahead and attempt to remove the blemishes off my wheel-well fender. I granted him the permission and when completed (10 minutes) it looked completely awesome. Mr. Z did not know I was a Marine vet, yet he took care of the problems I believed were going to cost hundreds of dollars and take 2-3 days of down time to fix. Kudos to this gentleman and his company Caliber Collision for having the CALIBER of INTEGRITY not found in many service centers. I truly appreciate the customer service I received today. And for the record, I have had work done on my vehicle there in the past and they have always demonstrated professionalism, kindness and a willingness to help. Take your vehicle to Caliber Collision. You won’t regret it, but you might if you don’t!”

“Sometimes you wonder if these reviews are legit. Who reviews a tire shop anyway? Welp, let me be the first(of many) to tell you, my experience was fantastic. This was the most efficient tire service I'd ever had. These guys fixed my flat tire and had me rolling again(pun intended) in less than 15min.What really did it for me was that when I went to pay by credit card, their machine wasn't working on that day, so he said you can bring the cash back at your convenience. Now that's SERVICE!!! You don't see businesses treat their customers like that no more, especially after the pandemic. Most businesses are trying too nickel and dime you out of every cent.Shout out to team at Dominion Tire Company. Thank you kindly for the awesome service. It was very much appreciated.”

“ive come to the place often to get my tires placed or other services and i have never been disappointed, however there is one new worker there that ruined my last experience there. he is very shady and i wouldn't ask for him to replace my tires, id ask for the owner himself or other workers that aren't the shady worker, which are trust worthy. i have seen other people also complain about the shady worker in the reviews as well who has done a bad job for them. i say this shouldn't discourage you from going and just ask for the owner to help out or atleast ask for him to supervise the work they're doing on your car if the shady worker is doing your tires, i think his name is mavin or something.. as i said, ask for anyone else to help out besides the shady worker, this is still a great establishment and that shouldn't discourage people from going here because this is my go to place for years!”

These folks assisted me when I had issues with my car when I flew up hear from Charleston South Carolina and picked up a car from another place then the car broke down. They were willing to buy my car when no one else was and we're willing to assist me in getting it to their location when my car had issues and was unable to drive back home to South Carolina. “I would highly recommend Charles and his team. They replaced the convertible top on our 2006 Mustang in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. We also had them detail the car and were very impressed with the results. The attention to detail was amazing and the car looks almost brand new. We especially appreciate that the headlights are much brighter now! We had our car detailed at other businesses over the years, but this is the best by far.”
