“Thank you Trey!!! This young man went beyond and above to help me !! Not to mention it was hot!! 🥵 Although I was all in the way he was so polite, patient and very respectful. 🤗🦋”
“After having to jump-start my car twice within the same day, I went to advance autoparts for a replacement battery. Sam did a great job of removing the battery, that unfortunately had a corroded positive terminal, and installing a new one. After being informed of the condition of the terminal, I was worried about a potential trip to the mechanics shop, but Sam handled everything.”
“I recently had the engine and catalytic converter replaced on my 2008 Land Rover Range Rover HSE at Brandywine Auto Parts & Installation in Brandywine, MD, and the service was outstanding!
From the moment my vehicle was towed in, the team of professionals demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise. They took the time to explain the entire installation process and answer all of my questions, making sure I was comfortable with them ordering the part and providing full service work there.
The quality of their work was top-notch. The installation of the engine and catalytic converter was completed with precision, after the original engine replacement was not as ordered, Josh and the team made certain to research and replace it with a new one despite the kerfuffle. I was impressed with their attention to detail to say the least. It's clear they take pride in their craftsmanship, and it makes a world of difference.
Moreover, their customer service was excellent as they communicated with me to ensure full understanding throughout the process, as the staff was friendly, and accommodating. They went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with everything, which I greatly appreciated.
I highly recommend Brandywine Auto Parts & Installation for any automotive needs. Their professionalism and dedication to superior service make them a standout choice in the area!”
“All out good service and no hassle getting what u need. They also have great prices and a variety of cars not completely picked over. I'd recommend to anyone who needs parts. Only thing is they're only open on the weekdays”
“I am extremely happy with the service provided by Brandywine Automotive Center (BAC). Their costs are lower than many competitors, and they value their customers and strive to earn their business. Steve and Joe, the managers , are passionate about their company and ensure that vehicles are fixed properly. They hire only the best technicians who pay close attention to detail. Despite their growth, their customer service remains top-notch. I want to express my gratitude to BAC for their outstanding work.”
“Great selection for American and Import car and truck parts. Bring your own tools for the pick-your-part yard, there are some wheelbarrows available to help haul your stuff around the yard. I don't go to this location as much as their one in Bowie but this is much larger.”

“I applaud excellence, and that’s what you’ll receive from Steve’s Auto Body every time. This isn't the first time I've had Steve work on one of our vehicles. From our Audi, Toyota to our Lexus, Steve’s Auto Body always goes the extra mile.
Our Lexus was hit while parked by our neighbor, and when it was time to have it repaired, I told their insurance company that I preferred to take it to Steve’s Auto Body. Once again, the team hit it out of the park.
Thanks to Steve, Debbie, Earl, and Bill for always being true professionals of their craft. This is what professional work looks like.”
