“The service was fine,and I was in and out under two hours for my oil change,and tire rotation.
I didn't like the fact that tha mechanic that drove my truck left grease on my steering wheel, arm rest, and floor mat.
Please don't do that, because I want my vehicle returned to me as clean as I left it.”
“I’m not from the state or area but I was looking to get my breaks replaced before I go back home. Everyone else is so expensive and it’s kinda hard finding a place that does good service, is honest, and gives reasonable rates for parts and labor! So glad I stumbled across Mr. Brown! He saved the day! Now I can drive back to Alabama in PEACE! He fixed all four of my break pads and my two front rotors for a great price and even picked up the parts for me! She is an Asian Sistah with Asian & Latino employees doing 'beyond professional work'. One of my neighbors referred me to her and no regrets. This is a 'hidden gem' as it can not be seen from Branch Avenue. The entrance is on the Service Road. If you are not close to Clinton, this company is worth the drive. This business is accepted by insurance, however if you choose to pay out of pocket they are very reasonable. Yes she has done multiple vehicles for us. “Otis and Son's are the best around. I had a major tune-tune, pilot bushing replace and they replaced the oil level sensor on my Mercedes Benz. Otis and Sons were very knowledgeable of what needed to be done on my car. The mechanic Jamell provided the service and was very professional. When I asked him questions about the vehicle he answer them without hesitation.I asked him to check my brakes due to a faulty reading on the dash board. He could have said, yes you need some brakes but instead he was honest and told me nothing was wrong with my brakes. Otis & Son's are now my go to mechanics for all of my family car repairs. N&E mechanics were knowledgeable, patient and inquisitive. They found the issue, ordered the needed part and fixed it. The part failed, and N&E was able to replace it, at no additional cost, under warranty.
