“I visited twice for the same issue. Unfortunately, Ray was not helpful during my first visit—his demeanor lacked professionalism and didn’t reflect good customer service. On my second visit, I was assisted by Daviente (hopefully I spelled his name correct), who was the complete opposite: pleasant, attentive, and engaging. He provided excellent customer service and resolved my issue efficiently. I appreciated his support.”

I Also Got A New Otter Box Case, New Lighting Charger & Wall Block & New Headphones. I Also Was Able To Activate The Phone There With A T-Mobile PrePaid $50 Unlimited Plan. It Was Literally A 1 Stop Shop. I Highly Recommend. Great Service.”

“These guys are miracle workers! My Ipod classic stopped syncing with my itunes account. Cortez tackled the problem and was like a pitbull on a potroast- not giving up until he had tried everything he could think of to solve the problem. Great guys, fun to talk to while they worked. I will be seeing them again the next time I have an electronic problem.”
“The worker in this store was very rude and not very helpful. He told me I could not trade my phone in to buy a new one even though the phone was only a month old, when I went to the other boost store about a mile away I was told that yes I can trade the phone in and I did very poor customer service”

“I had the tip of my charger break off inside the charger port of my IPhone. I brought it in and less then 5 min they had it out. Charger works again only need a new charger cord.
The staff was very friendly and just an overall nice experience!”
