“I came in to try to trade in my phone with Moni, she told me my phone wasn’t eligible for trade in but, I still ended up getting a phone but she did not set up the phone correctly. Came back today because my phone wasn’t working properly. I found out I spent extra money when I didn’t have to because I was able to trade my phone in. Chantil and Janay was extremely helpful with helping fix the problem I had with my phone and helped me get set up with a tablet. Ask for Janay or Chantil when coming here !!!!!!!!”

“Everyone go see Lex at the Verizon store on 301 in Waldorf she’s the bomb! She got me straight gave me great info and amazing service! I recommend her 10 out of 10 times we laughed and joked about the movie “Friday” while she fixed my issue she made some recommendations that I will be back to see her and only her for! When I left out of there Lex felt like family to me so if you walk in that store ask for Lex she’s the bomb digitty!”
“We had an absolutely exceptional experience with Austin at Verizon! We initially came in simply to obtain service for a family member whose phone had been damaged, and what we expected to be a quick visit turned into an incredibly positive experience.
Austin went above and beyond to help us understand our options. He took the time to listen to what we needed, answered every question we had, and made sure we understood everything before making any decisions. We ultimately walked out with a brand-new phone plan that actually costs us less than what we were paying before—something we definitely weren’t expecting when we first walked through the door!
What really stood out was Austin himself. He was personable, patient, easygoing, knowledgeable, and genuinely down-to-earth. There was never any pressure or feeling like we were being rushed into anything. He made the entire process feel comfortable and straightforward, and it was obvious that he truly cared about helping us find the best option.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Austin is a tremendous asset to Verizon, and we sincerely appreciate all the time, effort, and attention he gave us. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy and surprisingly pleasant experience.

“Stumbled across this place after receiving the worst service ever at the Leonardtown Rd location and Marlon was the absolute best! Being so very frustrated with the service we just encountered Marlon was very patient and was able to resolve all of our issues. He went above and beyond to help us out. “The AT&T in Brandywind Maryland Is where you want to go for any WIRELESS service!
I cannot say enough, nice things about them! I was going to leave AT&T after having the worst experience of my life at the AT&T in Waldorf Maryland on Crane Highway! I came in the AT&T and Waldorf Maryland on Crane Highway. Purchased a phone had to come back the next day to have the installation and was verbally assaulted by one of the representative after Hee told me he couldn’t help me. He asked me what else you want me to do I already told you I can’t help you. Furthermore, the manager was there while he screamed at me then had to push him into the back room because he wanted to be physical I left called 611 had them on the phone. The manager refused to give the 611 people at AT&T the associates name then she told me go for you guys were arguing…. So unprofessional, I came back the next day to have my phone program not only did they tell me they couldn’t do it. They gave me a one sheet form and told me to go home and do it myself which I tried and when I couldn’t I went to Brandywine and in 20 minutes not only did they programmed my phone they gave me all the information I needed and was very friendly about it. This is the type of service that you want. I will forever be grateful to the staff at AT&T of Brandy one!!! I will never ever go to the Waldorf store again! How can you treat somebody bad when they’re spending their money?”
