“The store is always clean and fully stocked. Cashier service checkout lines are long but move quickly. Self-checkout is quick and easy. I Always grab a hot dog or slice of pizza on my way out. They are both good.”

“I had a mishap when trying to order tires online for my EV. I waited 2 weeks to only discover that my order got canceled. When I called the Brandywine tire center, I was very frustrated, but James was incredibly courteous. Unfortunately, the specific tires for my EV were out of stock and hence the cancelation and yet, James kept on looking for alternatives and going back and forth with specs while honestly detailing advantages and disadvantages of each tire set. We spent around 40 mn over the phone. Talk about dedication and people skills. Working in sales and customer service is one of the hardest jobs out there and this guy nailed his job.”
