I appreciated the senior veterans of the group who spoke up and gave good corrective feedback in realtime and taught the less seasoned members of the team. They were all very respectful of our new space- taking off shoes etc to enter carpeted areas. They worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned as they went. They worked well together as a team, with positive energy and communication. They listened to each other and helped each other out. “Best storage units in the area. We hace used three times.The manager, Roy Adams, is fast and efficent. Keeps the office and units spotless. The only negative is their policy to mandate the pur hase of their locks for $21 each when I have the same lock with two keys, purchased from thethem prviously, in my hands. Thought that was a little excessive. Still was an extremely positive experience.”

I came in and noticed the storage unit I booked online wasn’t big enough to accommodate what it was needed it for. He quickly showed me other options and helped me to make the swap to another unit. He was very helpful and informative. So far so good with my experience here. This is my first time using a storage facility. I just moved in today. I’m glad I chose this place. I’ll update this later if my experience changes.”
