“I rented a 10x10 unit at this location for one year month to month and had a good experience overall. The facility was clean and easy to get in and out of. However in that one year they raised my rate twice and the second time they raised it by about $100/month. There’s not much you can do unless you move your stuff out so you’re kinda stuck and they know that. This is probably the case with other places too though.”
