“My towing experience with LL Towing LLC was extremely pleasant. I was referred to the company by my Uber driver who just so happened to be the uncle of the owner! I was given his number during my ride and able to make plans for my tow easily and without (some) hassle. Hassle on my part, but nonetheless, the owner, Lem took time to reach out to me to ensure my needs/services were met. He was extremely patient, and also listened when I needed to vent about my current car troubles! One of his employees, Marc, towed my vehicle to my mechanic but they both were extremely professional and polite! “Can not say enough good things about this business. From the first phone call until the job was done everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I really have no complaints. Went in to have a spoiler fixed on my Toyota after it was damaged in a parking accident. Was given an appointment, met a representative there and he texted me throughout the process with updates on when the part arrived etc. When it came time to get it fixed, the whole thing was done within 30 minutes. No extra charges, no sale person trying to get me to buy something I didn't need and, most importantly, they treated me like I mattered. Highly recommend this DC business.”

“My family's van broke down at 5:15 pm on a Friday in D.C. on our way from Virginia to Wisconsin. It couldn't go more than 40 MPH. We went to Capitol Auto Care just because they were open until 6 on a Friday. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were ready to fix it the next day - Saturday. Capitol was unknown to us, so we were a little wary, because we, being stranded visitors, were the perfect target for a scam or excessively high prices.
One of their customers - a woman with a small child, who was with us in the waiting room and who heard about our situation, told us they were honest, fair, good people. After getting their diagnosis and quote, I also called my regular mechanics back at home, and all of them confirmed that Capitol's prices were very reasonable and that their diagnosis was correct (as far as they could tell). Everyone at Capitol was friendly, clear, and communicative. In fact, after we arrived back at home after our long trip, Capitol called the next morning just to check whether we got home safely. Really, these guys are great - honest, friendly, and fair. 100% recommend.”

I called around a few trucking companies but he was the easiest to communicate with and best with pricing, in addition to understanding what I needed. He not only arrived in time but even a bit earlier because he accounted for traffic and wanted to make sure I did not miss my salvage appointment. My car was in good hands. It was swiftly put on the truck and easily taken off. I didn’t get any kind of scratch or anything. He also was very nice and personable.
