“It was great to shop at the Dollar tree and see Tom as the Cashier. He was always attentive to me when he worked at the old Rite Aid in Severna Park for many years. He is professional and pleasant. Tom put my bags in the car when I pulled up in front of the store. Tom is a definite asset to the Pasadena Dollar Tree.”

“I'd just like to say that I was in the store today and an altercation broke out between a customer that didn't realize what the policy was in the cashier that cashier was amazing. She stood aground, but she still took the product back even though she shouldn't have just to calm the page, the client down. I give it to her. She was amazing.”
“This is one of the big Dollar Trees, which is why I went there. A lot of Christmas items to choose from and a large food section. The man at checkout was very helpful and professional. Only problem I had was the isles were full of carts with items to be stocked and had to maneuver my wheelchair around things. Found everything I was looking for though.”
“I haven't encountered a store since the COVID-19 where the employees provided such exceptional service as the three young ladies did when I visited this location on March 4, 2026. From the moment I entered, I was greeted and offered assistance. From young lady who helped me find what I needed, and the young lady who processed my purchase, all whom provided exceptional service. This will undoubtedly be my preferred Dollar Tree location from now on.”

“I love this store because they have some really great items from household items to everything you need for a party. I was disappointed when the one closed that was closed to me, but I was willing to travel cross town a good distance from my home to get what I needed.”
“One 3of the cleanest & organized locations, pretty well stocked. Usually if line at checkout it moves quickly very pleasent. Absolutely love school suplies, holiday decor any kind of kitchen. Utencils as well for $1.32 with taxes can't beat that”

“Friendly staff and always has everything I need. Just steer clear of the homeless guy that sits out front with his dog. It was about 11 at night and he asked me and my girlfriend if he could come sleep in our house. Not sure what his intentions were but he gave bad vibes that night.”

Eventhough he was obviously stressed, the young man wearing glasses was respectful & pleasant. When an item came up with the wrong price and I showed the proof, he had no problem with honoring it.

... First things first, I moved here from Florida and the Dollar generals in Anne Arundel county and in Baltimore area are so so much better than the ones in Central Florida!
They seem to sell everything from quality bras and comfortable underwear. To medicines to name brand makeup to baby things to furniture, lamps to all name brand types of food, cereals, ice creams, great priced milk even almond milk!
In this particular one off Veterans highway in Millersville, MD. Everybody is always so nice and so helpful and they genuinely want you to save money and explain the quality of your savings If you download the app.
The only reason I haven't visited more often is because I'm a forgetful person and it's not right around the corner from you. Now that I've gone there a couple times to doordash and deliver for other people, I am definitely a true believer in this store and I even got the app.
You can get cash back! And I mean good cash back. For example, they'll tell you, you can earn $3 off Venus four pack razors and the razors will only be $6!!! Other full price convenient and grocery stores, they're I think somewhere from 12 to 16 bucks!! So in retrospect you're only paying $3 for these razors at any Dollar General ( at least for this week's special ? ) because they're giving you immediately another $3 to go spend in their store!!!!! It doesn't get much better than that ? but the nice and friendly and helpful employees really make it a thousand times better than any other discount store I can think of at this time! Or really any store. They definitely raise the bar for quality. Kind friendly, helpful customer service!
To clarify, I do not know anybody that works there. I have never worked here. I've only been in this store four times. This is truly how impressed I am with this store and this location particularly ?
I wish I could remember the name of the young man working Sunday June 23rd, 2024 evening to closing shift, at the register.... because he was terrific!!!! If Dollar general sees this and knows the person's name, please let me know so I can give them a shout out in this review because they gave terrific, joyful, efficient customer service. They were very knowledgeable and helpful about the app while still keeping up with a line and being the only person on the register! And doing all with a smile and genuinely and authentically seemed to love what they do and moved helping people which I think is fantastic!!”
“I didn't purchase anything that was worth sharing a photo of oh, but I do like shopping at the various locations because they offer a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. The Staffing is Hidden Mist, sometimes nice and sometimes not so nice. Overall this company has become a staple in many low to middle-income families and is definitely a blessing. I would recommend anyone to shop here for a quick stop.”
“Saturday March 14th time is 12:30 in the afternoon lovely lady working a cash register help me more than once on my experience at Family Dollar.. She saw me limping with a handbasket and brought me a cart, help me pick out what I was looking for rang me up and gave me some awesome advice to feel better.. “I went in on December 1st looking for more stockings. I nominated myself to do 65 stockings for work and I was 8 short. This was the 4th Dollar General I had visited. The cashier took her time to look through the boxes for me. We may not have what I was looking for, but out of the 4 other local stores I visited, she was the most helpful and thoughtful person I dealt with. It truly meant a lot, and I will go out of my way to visit again!”

The staff was friendly and quite relaxed.Sadly the soda I was there for was cleaned out when I went, so I was unable too gain such. I truly enjoy going to this one in Brooklyn Because I know I’m going to get good Advice Or will be shown where something is quickly.
