“Just moved to a new neighborhood and I ordered two full size bedroom sets for my children. Furniture was delivered but the boxspring wasn’t included in the order; therefore, my kids weren’t able to sleep in their new bed for the first week.
Driving home, i spotted a mattress warehouse where I encountered a sleep consultant named Susan. She was able to accommodate my needs and even help load the new boxspring in the car. Very excellent customer service and knowledgeable about the product. Would definitely visit again.”

“I was met near the front door by a nice young man. I told him about my old la z boy chair breaking and that I wanted to see what was available and to see if my current chair was fixable and how to do this. He asked me lots of questions and we proceeded to 3 chairs. He showed me the model I currently own as well as 2 others. I didn't like the 1st one too much, but did like the 2nd. The model I currently own was about 500 dollars more, and had basically the same features as my broken chair. I picked a chair that was in stock so I am looking forward to delivery next week. Your salesman was excellent. He knew his product and was easy to work with. I am an older person with some mobility issues. I use the riding carts at most stores. When people offer to help me get things I cannot reach, I often tell them that I am an official awarder of GOLD STARS. Yor salesman earned a GOLD STAR from me for all his help. He is definately an asset to your company.”

“Pretty cool selection with wildly varying prices. Some things will cost less than you expect and some will cost far more than you could afford. Quite confusing honestly but in general really nice selection for people from home owners to someone looking to furnish an apartment. Also has a large reclaimed lumber section with old growth etc. Prices vary again but pretty massive selection. If you have cash to spend on interesting finds, really cool place with decent parking”

“I visited the store just to compare prices but ended up buying a full living room setup because the designs felt more modern than other places nearby. The salesperson helped mix and match sofa, center table, and shelves so everything looked coordinated. Payment and billing were smooth. Delivery came one day later than promised due to transport delay, but they informed me beforehand. Assembly was quick and neat. One minor issue was a slightly uneven table leg, which they fixed the same day after I called.”

“Top Tier customer service I was really blown away at the service I received. Not gonna lie it’s been a long time since I came across anyone that actually cares and in general and have a love for what they do. Joe was so attentive patient and kind. That once I called around for quotes I was drawn back to him. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond with even sending me pics and text messages before I even made it out to the house warehouse. Once I arrived he had things out for me to test and see if that’s what I really wanted. That’s not the kicker I made a purchase got to my salon had an issue, I called Joe he personally came out and fixed (swamped) things out without any pushback or anything. I highly recommend using this company. I’m still talking about the service I received and it’s been almost a week! I appreciate great business and kind souls. Joe you’re amazing stay BLESSED. “TL;DR: a couch from Su Casa is an investment in an awesome local small business, American manufacturing, and the couch itself - that won't require replacement every 10 years like some intentional garbage from Ikea, joybird, lovesac, etc.
After dealing with a degrading Ikea couch for 8 years, I finally sought out a replacement. Lots of people recommended online stores, like joybird or lovesac, but so many reviews suggest they're little better quality than Ikea with a polished PR facade, and sample swatches confirmed that. I went to a few secondhand places, like second chance, but couldn't find anything in the right size. After finding some good options in their online store, I went in to Su Casa, and holy smokes it was the best decision!
Their materials were clearly higher quality/more durable than the online swatches I received, and their customer service was excellent - knowledgeable and available to sufficiently answer all of my questions. They helped me with each customization decision and even added throws to my order over the phone a few days after I placed the couch order in store and realized I should get the pillows. They kept me updated about the couch construction and even asked, after it was completed, that the packaging/shipment portion be expedited (after I called to check on progress since I had a guest coming into town who I wanted to give a not-falling-apart couch as a sleeping option). Then 2 friendly delivery guys miraculously managed to get each piece of the couch up my front steps and in through my front doors without even touching the couch or wall. The couch is fabulous and perfect and still feels and looks brand new after 3 months (with 3 rambunctious kids). It cleans up easy and seems impossible to damage with scratches.
On top of ALL of this perfection, I'm so glad to support American builders and this excellent local business. Yeah, those online companies may cost $500-1k less than a similar couch at Su Casa, but you get what you pay for - a decline in quality and service, and no American manufacturing. This couch may have cost 2-3x as much as a current, comparable IKEA couch, but I'm sure in 10 years it WON'T be anywhere near falling apart. I'm betting it'll still look great!

“Bravo to this establishment and their work! I had a chair that needed some TLC. The backstory to this chair is that it’s about 49 years old. My mom gave me the chair and it recently traveled from Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts to Maryland. At some point in the 49 years, my younger sister poked at the mesh wood when she was a kid (she too is 49) as did my daughter (over 28 years ago). This resulted in gaping holes and just a tragic mess. I sent pictures of the damage and there was hope, it could be saved. I was so satisfied with the final product. Dwayne is gifted and he’s a master of his craft. Dwayne is also professional and he has a magnificent personality. We loved his two dogs too. They were wicked cute”
