She was very kind and took extra time to walk me through my insurance benefits, and ensured my testing would get done correctly and also sent to the right doctor. Could not have asked for more professional or kinder service. People like her make the world a better place. @Quest give her a raise”

“We just went to this location to get my daughter's blood drawn. I was listening to how kind and helpful this person at the counter was to 2 older people. She really explained everything to them, and was very kind and patient.We were next. Her name was Aisha. She was so amazing! Not only was she helpful and fast, she literally brightened mine and my daughter's day. My daughter said she had magic hands, and it didn't hurt at all. Then she gave her a cute little bag with a fox on it. I mean.... I liked her so much... I was gonna ask her what she was doing this weekend to have a girls night. Lol. She is definitely the type of person who should be working in the medical field with other people. She needs a raise a.s.a.p.”

“I arrived before my time, I was called back at/on time. Primarily, the phlebotomist was spectacular, no pain on the poke, no pain for vile change, no pain with needle removal. She's a shorter black woman who knows her job. Good luck, hope you get her.”
“Mixed feelings about this place but it was a fairly positive experience overall.
It's a little disconcerting not to have that usual and familiar human being to help check you in, but it's also quick to do the self service.
When I was there the folks that were working the screening area were super duper nice. Patient, engaging and actually funny!
And while the healthcare worker that did my blood draw was pleasant, I found it very strange that they left all the exam room doors open, it was uncomfortable to see and hear other patients, and I was a little uncomfortable with people being able to see me.
Otherwise it was quick and easy...”
“Steph is a god send! She is the only person who has been able to stick my son once and get his blood. We have been in the emergency department where they had multiple people try with UV lights and ultrasound and still couldn’t get it. Literally thank god for people like her, I was about to just not get my son’s blood drawn because I didn’t think any of us could get through the trauma of it again. Would give a thousand stars if I could! Whatever they pay her it should be double!”
“Ive been coming here for years! Always a good experience. Sometimes they get busy but the service is great. It never hurts when I get blood drawn and I get the results fast.”

“I had a slight problem with some previous lab work. I went there expecting to have a hard time getting it straightened out BUT quite the opposite. A lady I believe her name was Patricia went above and beyond to help me. Very friendly and professional. I was really impressed. They need more employees like her.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Shanee. She is the patient service site coordinator and when she is not there are hell breaks loose. I’ve been going to the Merritt location for the last 3 years since i got a chronic illness and she keeps the place running smooth. When she’s not there all hell breaks loose. I have a lot of files with different names and she always finds my requisition with ease. I do see a lot of negative reviews for this location but coming from someone who has been getting blood drawn for the last few years and going to multiple locations this one is the best for me so far.”
“Natalie was awesome. She was super quick getting me back there, talked me through the whole thing all while being very friendly and kind. I have an issue with needles, as in I need to lay down or pass out, and she kept me talking about stuff to keep me from getting to that point. You can tell she’s been doing it a while and honestly, she’s given me the best experience. I was nervous going to this location as the rating is low but I will 100% go back for more lab needs if I get her! Thank you!!!”
