Rob completed his review upon my arrival at 8:15 am. He listened to my concerns, the team did their magic while I did my work in the comfort of the clean, colorful waiting area. They washed and cleaned my car inside and out , called when it was ready and gave up dates along the way. They made this part easier since I was suffering with a back and knee injuries and took some of the burden of my car accident off of me. I highly recommend them.”

“Brought my Jeep Wrangler Willys in to see about swapping to the Mojave hood. Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft was able to get all the parts, and do a complete swap and paint match. Quality is second to none.
I selected this shop based off of their online reviews and later learned that Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft is also considered to be the best Tesla body shop in the area (I git to see my first Cyber-Truck up close when i dropped my jeep off).
The facility is clean and very well maintained. Front office personnel are nice and handled all paperwork quickly and had me on my way in minutes.
The technician who worked on my Jeep has been with Jeff Shaw for more than 25 years, to me, that says a lot - a company that values its customers (and their reputation) enough to retain top notch technicians instead of relying on a revolving door of technicians.”

“Mike was great, he definitely does his best to make sure his customers never pay anything extra. My front bumper came out on one side and I was expecting a big estimate & wait time for repair or replacement. He took a look at it and was able to clip things back into place himself in a few minutes, no hassle. Perfect temporary fix I needed to get back on the road. Bumper is all good now and the only damage was part of the splash shield underneath which he gave me an estimated cost for but he wasn't pushing to get any extra work done if it wasn't necessary, just looking out for his customers.”

He stepped back inside, reemerged with a tool that looked like a pancake spatula, and popped the door back into place. It took him less than 10 seconds to fix the issue and did it on the house. “An hour after a car accident in October, I called my local mechanic and he recommended C&F for body work. Within 2 hours of my accident, I had an estimate for the damage.I just got the car back a few days ago and they did a superb job of mending the crumpled passenger's side! I want to thank Fred, Jeff and the paint crew for really doing a stand-up job. Plus, the inside and outside detailing was a REALLY unexpected and welcoming finishing touch -- sorta "the cherry on top'".Fred was very helpful to me in this situation as I had never been in a car accident, post-teenage years and didn't know how the 'other person's insurance' stuff worked when their company had to pay.
