“Had an excellent experience with Maven Motors! I had accidentally reversed over a plastic bollard and ended up taking the entire front bumper off my car.. I dropped in to MM un-announced on a Sunday (which is meant to be by appointment only) and they were in there working on some other projects! The team were super nice to us and said they could fix the bumper immediately. The price he charged me was extremely good value, only $120 for the entire bumper. I had enquired about pricing at some other spots for the same work and was quoted more than double! I Would really recommend recommend MM if you are looking for friendly, efficient and great value service!”
“Ole skool values with new skool flair. Car was damaged on Thursday night, called Dynamic Collision Services on Friday, they gave me an appointment for Monday morning. Rob completed his review upon my arrival at 8:15 am. He listened to my concerns, the team did their magic while I did my work in the comfort of the clean, colorful waiting area. By 9:00 am, my bumper was better and my faith in quality craftsmanship with excellent customer service was restored. Got to be the best in B’more! Make the call.”

“I made an appointment online to get the damage assessed on my new car and how much it would cost me to fix it. Due to some construction on the highway and poor planning on my part, I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment and was completely open to rescheduling. However, the staff still took the time to look over my car damage and hear me out.
They have their prices per hour posted in the office, clear as day. As they assessed my car, they explained how the repairs would have to be done and what sort of work that would involve. They were VERY transparent about their prices, and even made a suggestion to me that, though not as pretty, using touch up paint on the roof would save me a lot of money because they would have to remove the windshields to repaint the roof, and the damage on the roof is only shallow scratches to begin with. After seeing friends deal with overspray or poor craftsmanship at other shops, the attention to detail and making sure the paint/clear coat would have adequate coverage is appreciated. They also mentioned that all of their work comes with a warranty!
Unfortunately, since I had just made a large down payment on this car, I didn't have the funds to get it fixed right away, but having seen their assessment process, as well as receiving a print out of the itemized quote, I am pleased with Slade Auto Body & Paint, and hope to bring my business to them ASAP.
Also, I'm not sure where in the review to put this, but some shops closer to me had complaints about getting their car returned with no gas or several more miles on it. I am always a little worried about someone taking my car for a joyride. However, one of the first things Slade did was record my current milage, and they added it to my printout. They really respect your property.”
“My driver's side door would not open fully. I took my car to Rathell and he took one look at the door and knew exactly what to do. He stepped back inside, reemerged with a tool that looked like a pancake spatula, and popped the door back into place. It took him less than 10 seconds to fix the issue and did it on the house. If I ever need body work, then I am definitely coming back to Rathell Motors Collision Repair. They are the kind of mechanics a girl needs!”
“Such a pleasant experience here! They were able to explain to me what needed to be done, get the parts quickly and have my vehicle ready ahead of the time estimated. They even threw in some other things I needed done for my car. I can’t recommend them enough!
Update: Went back again for a second visit even though I had moved out of town. Dealership was going to take several days to repair and I just cannot be without my car. Eastwood fixed my car in 3 hours instead of days and I paid half what the dealership had quoted me. I would give 3000 stars if I could.”
“I was in an accident. They fix my car and made it look new again. Andrew was awesome. He walked me through the repair process. They had my car body fixed. They washed and cleaned my car inside and out , called when it was ready and gave up dates along the way. They made this part easier since I was suffering with a back and knee injuries and took some of the burden of my car accident off of me. I highly recommend them.”

“Brought my Jeep Wrangler Willys in to see about swapping to the Mojave hood. Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft was able to get all the parts, and do a complete swap and paint match. Quality is second to none.
I selected this shop based off of their online reviews and later learned that Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft is also considered to be the best Tesla body shop in the area (I git to see my first Cyber-Truck up close when i dropped my jeep off).
The facility is clean and very well maintained. Front office personnel are nice and handled all paperwork quickly and had me on my way in minutes.
The technician who worked on my Jeep has been with Jeff Shaw for more than 25 years, to me, that says a lot - a company that values its customers (and their reputation) enough to retain top notch technicians instead of relying on a revolving door of technicians.”

They also make dealing with insurance as painless as possible and are very communicative throughout the whole repair process. “I went to Dentz first thing in the morning as soon as they opened to get a few acorn dents fixed on my new car. The car had two noticeable dents and two smaller less obvious ones on the hood. My car was taken into the repair area almost right away and I was out of there in about an hour. I can't tell that there was ever a dent on my car now. They're very good at what they do!”
