“I don’t come here often unless I want good deals because they always have them for the specific drink my friends (sadly) enjoy and can only find for cheaper here. It is always quick and easy and despite my limited knowledge here, they have so many options that I love to recommend them because not only do they have so much more info compared to me, their store is huge and also staff is kind. so yeah. i like this place.”

“There several beer and wine shops closer to my house, but I always drive to this one - for the selection and the customer service! Today, I stopped in and the owner (?) was offering a complimentary wine tasting, which was such a nice way to learn and try new wines. Whether I'm looking for my go-to favorites or something new or special to try, I always find what I need here. The staff is very knowledgeable and happy to give recommendations, descriptions, etc. Highly recommend checking out!”
“Improved selection and decent pricing at this nice neighborhood shop. Everything from standard stuff to high-end treats and gift bottles.
Shelf space is on the smaller side but it is well-curated, with a good top-shelf museum on display.
There have been some tempting deals on my previous visits (Sagamore Rye finished in tequila barrels, Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Store Pick, Bear Fight ASM). Like many DC shops this one is putting more allocated bourbon (if that's your thing) on the shelf (I saw Buffalo Trace, Blantons, Eagle Rare 10, and various E. H. Taylors on a recent visit). On my last visit they also had the High West Cask Collection Oloroso Finish, a somewhat unusual find, I think.
The Scotch selection was pretty good here but didn't tempt me - they had many standard offerings but also some more interesting Cadenheads and Compass Box bottles as well as a few Longrows in stock along with the usual suspects.”

The selection of wine, liquor and canned cocktails are always varied and I can always find exactly what I'm looking for - no matter what I'm in the mood for.The staff is friendly and always wants to help you find what you need. I highly recommend this place for a local spot to find everything you need.”
“I shop there frequently. The staff is courteous, they have a wide selection of drinks and some snacks; they're usually open from 6am to midnight (which is a very convenient window). Overall, a great place to shop at with people who respect their business.”

“Not sure if there is a connection but shortly after using my card at this store I had a scammer pulling 22 transactions from my account. If anyone else has a similar experience I'd be interested. Again no clue if there is a connection thus the reason for full stars, more interested in seeing if others had this experience.”
