My original review was 1 stars because the person I originally worked with in the store was incompetent. But since then I had the pleasure of working with the store manager who did everything in her power to make things right. She was polite, knowledgeable, and fast! (I can not stress enough how her rapidity made all the difference after spending over 6hr via messages with Verizon central customer service.)
I know retail work is hard, and training may not be the best, but I do wish everyone was as good at their job as she was! To her I give 5 stars.
I really suggest not bothering with the central customer service, they're slower than sloths and can't get anything approved, bite the bullet and go into store to get things fixed ...”

“I have found A T&T difficult to deal with on a corporate level, especially in getting my bill straight and sent to me and not to someone else. BUT I have to say that Edwin and Carlos two employees at the Olney Maryland Store were exceptionally helpful and took the time to guide me through the questions that I had and do what they could to straighten out my bill. I visited at different times and days and one both occasions that I had these two employees, I found them to be cheerful, informed, friendly, cooperative and understanding. I want to express my gratitude to them and AT&T for having such men working for you in dealing with your customers. I am 77 years old and not very tech savey and so I am most grateful for their assistance. Michael Wilson”

“So the other day I went to the phone store cus I dropped my phone and It went blacked out and cracked there was a Cambodian guy who was there I showed him my phone but instead of looking the phone he was trying to to sell me the phone I stepped out from that store and went to WIRELESS VISION BRIGGS CHANNEY where 2 handsome guys were there I showed them my phone they checked it thoroughly the (person name was ayaan )and said that it just need to be charged no need to replace LCD or buy phone they were dead honest I charged my phone and it charged and worked smoothly I would recommend each individual to buy phones from this store.”

“My phone has been acting up for the past couple of weeks the screen will go blank I'd have to continually put the charger in the phone take it out in order to see the screen my service provider at wirelessvision was my answer to getting all this corrected they are truly honest and real good at their job he could have told me I needed a new phone but instead he was honest and told me it needed a cleaning inside he did that gave me the phone and I said Thank you and he walked away he didn't even charge me 5 cents what a great person what a great company check it out you'll stick with them”

Xavier at AT&T in Columbia Mall was extremely helpful in setting me up with a new iPhone 14 and made it as smooth a transition as possible from the old phone to my new phone. “I had the pleasure of working with Jonathon this week. He was fantastic. My mothers phone wasn't that old (3 years) but she is. So the thought of buying a new phone and teaching her how to navigate was a little over whelming . She had a strange memory storage problem that me and my tech brother could not figure out, Jonathan persevered, and fixed it instead of trying to upsell us.
