“Great Jeans that are COMFORTABLE! Also, this location has really friendly people! Although to be fair, this is the only location I've ever visited. Still, there were 3 people working the day I went in and all of them went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my selection. And since I'm a bit older, one of them made sure I wasn't buying anything that looked too much like "Dad jeans" but were still age appropriate. I really appreciate the stellar service from the Towson store!!”
“I took my granddaughter to Girlhero this evening to get a dress for a middle school mixer. The sales people were extremely personable, helpful, friendly and kind. My granddaughter is really tiny so the dresses in Girlhero are really too big for her but she felt like such a big girl shopping there. The staff secretly ran back and forth to Wee Chic to find just the right dress. Amber was particularly helpful! It was just a good experience all around. Definitely would recommend!”

They've got wedding dresses, a great selection of evening dresses, and a sizeable selection.of accessories too! Expect prices of 30-75 for most items, 100+ for vintage-- but pricing seemed fair to me.”

I was shopping for certain pieces and she was able to guide me in the right direction and actually pulled a lot of options for me that were perfect! “It's a JCrew factory store! Great products for a reduced rate. Well, let me condition that, the prices are lower, but not drastically. The big difference in prices is they're always having relatively big discounts. The staff is extremely nice and the variety is great. One tip I have is, don't expect the sizes to fit like typical jcrew clothes. I've found that the factory store runs bigger.”

“I've been shopping at this location for many years without concerns however today was an exception. The customer service was lacking due inattentiveness and difficulty answering questions. I was there to purchase bathing suits. Fortunately, Cindy stepped in and saved the day (hence the 4 stars). She was friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and highly effective. Without making excuses, Cindy explained that they were training new staff. If the new staff reflects Cindy's style and expertise, Lands End will have a stellar store on their books. Thank you Cindy!”
“typically well stocked and clean with fitting rooms available. there is often a long line for checkout and it's pretty common for certain areas to lose organization to such an extent that it inhibits shopping. but overall just a decent place to shop.”

They have good deals depending on what promotions they have, though. They have a ton of jewelry for every day or events. There are a few bridal items, too.”
