She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly with my issues, very patient. She doesn’t pass you off to customer support unless she has totally exhausted all her options in store.
In a time when knowledgeable in person service seems to be harder to find, Taylor and her co-workers here at this store are by far an exception and maintain a high standard.
