“I had an outstanding experience at Advanced Auto Parts recently and wanted to share my appreciation. I was in need of a new under-the-seat battery for my Jeep, and while I knew it would be a bit tricky to install, I was fortunate to receive incredible help from the team at this store.
First off, the young woman cashier was amazing. She was not only incredibly friendly but also very knowledgeable about my Jeep’s battery setup and patiently answered all of my questions. It was clear she really knew her stuff and provided top-notch customer service.
Then, I was fortunate enough to have a gentleman at the store assist with installing the new battery. The installation was much more difficult than expected, but he tackled the job with skill and determination, ensuring everything was set up perfectly. It was truly above and beyond, especially since a competitor auto parts store wouldn’t even attempt to install this type of battery.
I’m so grateful for the service I received, and it really made a difference in my day. It’s rare to find such great customer care, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Highly recommend this location for both their excellent products and outstanding customer service!”
“Back in March my home burned down and my minivan that was parked in front melted on the one side. This shop was recommended by a friend and I wasn't disappointed. They fixed everything so well it was almost better than new. And when the sliding door on the burnt side broke down a couple of weeks after they had finished working on it, I brought my car back in an the same day it was fixed.
