Richard, the manager, is particularly knowledgeable and can find the supplies that people need and offers good advice about projects. They have recently acquired some cats, which improve the atmosphere. They sell hardware but also a bunch of other stuff -- its sort of half department store. If you go in and it looks like not a hardware store, it means you are in the department store side and should keep walking.”
