“I've been a customer of Minuteman since 2019, so this review is about 4 years overdue. I am a print designer and artist in DC, and I always reach out to Glen at Minuteman for my prints and projects. They are easy to work with, lightning fast, and pay attention to detail. One of my art files had a grainy texture on the background (on purpose), and Glen reached out to make sure it was not a mistake or an error in the file which I really appreciate.I have worked with them on plenty of print jobs with different sizes/needs: cookbook recipe cards for a gift, my friends' save the date wedding postcards, and my own whimsical personal art. Whatever it is, the result is always high quality and great value. They nail the prints EVERY TIME. Glen and the team are the BEST!!Run, don't walk — Because your prints are going to be ready ASAP!!”

“Melissa Marrier was an excellent customer service representative. She was so efficient, making changes I asked for so quickly. I submitted the final proof a few different times and she was always so wonderful about updating the job. Working with Alphagraphics was a great experience. They held on to our job from almost 4 years ago, and were able to update for this new job very quickly. That was such a huge help, instead of starting from scratch. The new piece looks fantastic and very consistent with past work they've done for us. We will use AlphaGraphics every time.”
“I originally thought this establishment is like a staples printing shop. But when I went inside its like an industrial scale version of it. But despite the establishment mostly offer services for large volume printing. Wuba still accommodated me with my 10 page file. She is pleasant and overall good service.”

For the size of the store compared to other large boxy art places back home this shop was definitely better than them and I felt more welcomed and one with art here. “I have been using Ace Press for many years. Amir (the owner) is a perfectionist and is meticulous, qualities that are critical for work that must be impeccable, especially when it comes to legal documents. On one occasion, I saw him throw out an entire production run because of a flaw I could not even see. In addition, he has always completed the work I have requested on time or before the scheduled time.Amir also makes helpful suggestions about how to complete (or not complete) work, and he has unique equipment to improve the result. Amir is not simply a technician, but an expert all things involving printing. I recommend him highly.”

“Old Town Editions recently restored oval antique photographs that have been in my family since the 1800s. The level of customer service provided by Megan was exceptional in helping me to preserve my family’s historical presence. Old Town restored, made prints and shipped prints to my family. “I've purchased a lot of print services over the last ten years and I can honestly say that Michael and his team at Sir Speedy are remarkably good. Michael is extremely responsive, super-helpful, and refreshingly quick and affordable. Their capabilities in this little shop are surprising, and the quality is high, better than I assumed a quick print would be. They have an exceptional prepress guy (team?) who makes sure everything prints professionally. I would recommend this shop without reservation.”
“I was renewing my passport and needed a head shot and delivery to the passport processing center.UPS Store associate Mo ( i believe that was his name) was literally the best customer service i've ever received. he provided scissors, stapler and space to prepare my documents and i could not be happier with his service. he was the only associate in the store at the time i was there and had several customers in his service but he didn't crack under pressure. I will absolutely be using this store in the future if Mo is the standard. Thank you for all your help!”

“Awesome place!! I came in last minute needing 2 custom shirts for 2 different events. Mike helped me and he was absolutely amazing! He helped me with the design and was super patient when I was making changes. He also gave some really helpful tips. My shirts were ready in about 20 minutes and they turned out beautiful!!! They were also super reasonable. This really is an awesome shop with awesome service. I am so glad I found it. Now whenever I need something customized, even if it's only a little thing, I know exactly where to go.”

“Went to get a couple small things laminated. They asked if I would want to have them done in a single piece and then cut them separately since it would be cheaper. They even showed me how to use their paper cuter to make sure I wouldn't cut too close and damage the lamination. They were very kind, friendly, and showed excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“Very friendly, and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things to you. They are cheaper than Staples and they can print to the edge, (with cut and bleed marks) something that Staples told me they can’t do.”
