“I am very happy to review Minuteman Press located at 1020 19th St. NW, Lower LL50, Washinton D.C. 20036. I am the Board Secretary for a nonprofit in California, and we had an employee in DC that needed informational cards printed. I looked printers up in that area and after talking to a couple of places that couldn't help me, I called Minuteman Press and explained what we needed. Not only were they happy and willing to help me, but they were also able to get what we wanted/needed completed the next day!! We didn't know what to expect about the price but were pleasantly surprised!! If you are someone from out of town who needs printing done or even if you are from that area, please go to Minuteman Press on 19th street ... I promise you will not be disappointed!! “My experience was great’ Daniel and Ama, they literally went above and beyond for me. It was Saturday night the night before the snow storm they closed at 4pm, I literally arrived at 6:34pm and knocked on their locked door seen the gates down but I still had hope. Daniel came to the door and I explained to him that I had a package pick up he kindly asked me for my ID Knowing that they closed 2 hours ago he still went out his way to find my package I stood at the door he let me in once he found my package and let me sign for it. I truly appreciate it because I really needed it and especially before that snow storm hit. They did an awesome job this was the true epitome of excellent customer service because they didn’t have to let me in or retrieve my package. They were very polite, kind and friendly! “I recently reached out to Old Town Editions for an assessment of an old “Tin-Type” photo taken in the early 1900s. Two of the images were so faded they were barely visible to the naked eye. Old Town did an amazing job digitizing both images and even developed a third one that wasn’t initially visible. I am thoroughly pleased with the digital results they produced from the original photo and highly recommend their restoration services to anyone with precious photographic memories. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with.”

“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”

“This UPS store always provides great customer service. Had a recent experience with the United States Postal Service, in which they wanted me to purchase tape to affix my return label to my package. I had to drive to the UPS store to return an Amazon package. I asked the customer service representative if they could give me clear tape so that I can tape my United States Postal Service label to my other package. Instead they put my label in a clear sleeve AND affixed it to my pack for me to take to the United States Postal Service. I really appreciate this level of curiosity service and I hope the USPS can learn something from them.
