“This is my favorite Goodyear out of all of
Them. The staff is kind and very friendly they are always willing to help or answer any questions that I may have. I appreciate how quickly they move and the awesome customer service I receive every time. You guys are the best!!!!”
“My cousin called me upset because she had gone to her car to leave for work to find that someone had stolen all 4 of her tires. I had called around to numerous shops, but Carlos took the time to locate 2 additional tires, because he only had 2 tires. I was shocked when he called back indicating he had found the 2 additional tires. Thank you Carlos!!! He was professional and very reasonable. He and a business associate came and put all 4 tires on my cousin’s car. I would highly recommend this business and Carlos for your next tire purchase.”
“Wonderful! Kind and Godly people! Pricing over the phone matched what they told me in person and gave me a senior discount...and THANKFULLY they were able to service me immediately. In and out in 30 minutes!”
“I was in an emergency situation and couldn’t get any company to help me. I ended up on the phone with Tamar. He got me in and got my tire changed and I reached my deadline. He was accommodating and one of the nicest guys. The technicians jumped on my truck and got me back on the road immediately. I would never go any where else if I needed tires again. Thank you!!”
“I've been coming here more than I want to because low profile tires and these potholes are costing me. Every time I come here, the guys are polite, professional and they are about the business - getting customers in and out. I had a situation where the center ring wasn't put on and caused a bit of a problem and some extra money to get another ring. I explained to the manager, and he apologized on behalf of his guys. He fixed it at no charge, and my next rotation was on the house. I live in Bowie and go out of my way to have my tire stuff done here. They made it right without an issue and took responsibility. There's another Redline on Ritchie Road... AVOID that place. It's the same company, but they are a-holes, unprofessional, and rude AF. This one is the place to get things done.”
“Was driving from Baltimore to cap heights to meet with a client of mine and my tire blew right before I was passing bowie… I changed to a spare tire then quickly looked up tire shops near my destination and saw pishon pop up first. Gave them a call and no answer but then THEY called me back less than 10 sec later and said they could take me in to give my car some new tires. I pulled up with the spare and he got me out of there within 30 minutes on a Saturday at 5pm! GREAT SERVICE AND WELL DONE!!!”

“I got a flat tire on a sunday around 8pm, tried to remove it to put the emergency donut tire but the nuts were too tight, couldn’t even move them standing on the thing to unluck the nots against the clock side… anyways, realized I had an emergency road kit and was able to inflate the tire and looked for a repair shop at 8:30pm on a sunday. Noticed this shop was nearby and it was like finding water in the desert. This latino guy found a small screw in my tire and was able to insert a thing for $20 and the tire wasn’t even removed. I have been all over DMV this week and all fresh.”
“Such a wonderful business!! I only came in for an alignment and it was a very reasonable price!! Thank you for putting air in my tires without me having to ask !”
“I found this shop while driving to get my tire fixed. They were so accommodating and helpful. They looked at my tire and gave me all my options without trying to upsell me. I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you, Jose. You really made my day. I now have a place to go when I need tire repair.”
“I had a wonderful experience at Tires Plus on Walker Mill Road in Capitol Heights! I came in with a flat tire and was able to be seen right away. Gonzalo helped me schedule my appointment and made sure I was well taken care of. Mike, the technician, was knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on proper tire maintenance, which I truly appreciated. The entire team was professional, helpful, and efficient—I was in and out in under an hour! I’m incredibly grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend this location!!”
“Musa was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to walk me through exactly what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done to fix it. After several trips to other mechanics and dealing with ongoing shaking, Musa discovered that the previous mechanic had installed the wrong size tires. He replaced them with the correct tires, and my car is finally driving smoothly again!
It’s such a relief to have the problem resolved after so much frustration. My car thanks you, Musa—and so do I! I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic.”
