As your car is approaching, the workers are already heading towards you to welcome you and even start identifying problems with your car that could keep you on the road. They have very good tires at very affordable prices. The workers are very polite and smile at you while working with your car. They will offer you a seat and even give you cold water to drink. I was very satisfied with their service and could not leave without giving them a thumbs ? up. I highly recommend Family Tires to everyone.”

“I've been coming here more than I want to because low profile tires and these potholes are costing me. Every time I come here, the guys are polite, professional and they are about the business - getting customers in and out. I had a situation where the center ring wasn't put on and caused a bit of a problem and some extra money to get another ring. I explained to the manager, and he apologized on behalf of his guys. He fixed it at no charge, and my next rotation was on the house. I live in Bowie and go out of my way to have my tire stuff done here. They made it right without an issue and took responsibility. There's another Redline on Ritchie Road... AVOID that place. It's the same company, but they are a-holes, unprofessional, and rude AF. This one is the place to get things done.”

“All, I came to ntb for two new tires and I must say I was amazed at the excellent customer service I received as soon as I entered. I met Mr Furman at the front and he assisted me so well I had to ask did he want breakfast. Personally I’m a stickler for great customer service. I rarely leave reviews but dealing with Mr Furman warrants this. Amazing if I may say the least, got me in and out, and honored my appointment time to the tee. Definitely will be coming back.”

“Was driving from Baltimore to cap heights to meet with a client of mine and my tire blew right before I was passing bowie… I changed to a spare tire then quickly looked up tire shops near my destination and saw pishon pop up first. Gave them a call and no answer but then THEY called me back less than 10 sec later and said they could take me in to give my car some new tires. I pulled up with the spare and he got me out of there within 30 minutes on a Saturday at 5pm! GREAT SERVICE AND WELL DONE!!!”
