I ended up having to purchase 2 more tires (the tire ratings were different) elsewhere and have all 4 tires balanced. Good for an emergency situation, but would probably go somewhere else to just have tires replaced.”

“I got a flat tire and called Million Man tires around 1:00pm on a Sunday. Jesus answered and I told him about my flat and that of the underbelly of the car was scrapping because of what I ran over. He asked for my tire size and said to pull up. I got there around 1:30. Jesus and the staff were very nice. I pulled right in and they changed my tire and fixed my underbelly in a very quality manner. Given the need to reconnect the underbelly it took about 30 minutes. I was done by 2:30pm. Also the new tire was of exceptional quality. Jesus send the staff did an excellent job on my car. I will use them in the future for all of my immediate tire needs.”

“Edit - 2 months later I have taken my wife's van and my own car back for some valve stem issues. All I can say is you don't find service like this anywhere around here. This is old school customer service. They genuinely care and you are not a number.You can take your car to NTB, pay a premium, get told about all these things you need to fix on your car, then have to wait day for you car to get tires (because your appointment means nothing) OR you can come here during your hour lunch break and be in and out. I'll choose the latter every time. ;)”

“Called on Sunday evening and gave my tire info, they had to order my tire and told me they’d call once it arrived. Called me on Monday afternoon saying it arrived. I came in around 7:45pm and was on my way by 8:10pm. They also were $100 cheaper than the Audi dealership for the same exact tire. Highly recommend.”

“I did not have an immediate issue with this store/location. They were able to address my issue promptly and got to work on it right away. When making appointments, I HIGHLY suggest calling them instead of booking via the app. For some reason, they do not confirm appointments from the app (which kind of defeats the purpose). Another issue is that they only had ONE mechanic working the day I brought my vehicle in, so it was about a 2.5ish hour wait from when I dropped off my car to when I got my keys back. They made suggestions for other services they "recommended" but did not pressure me into getting them. One thing I did find odd was that they said my issue was related to the last service I got. Which, ironically, was at another Firestone location. Information which they should have been able to see. If a current issue was related to a problem caused by another location, I should have received some kind of discount or something. Overall, a good shop if you're on/at JBAB and you need work done on your car. Next time I'm going to check out an off-post location to see if the quality is better.”

“Google says the name of the place is Freddy's but it's Smitty's. It's in a "unique" neighborhood, very non-descript place. (Looks like a rundown, white house from the street.) Shop (trailer) is in the very back. Very messy. But Smitty, nice guy, took care of my flat (screw had punctured my tubeless trailer tire) right away. He pumped up the tire, removed the screw, put a plug in the hole, and water checked for leaks, within minutes. Charged me $21, cash.”

“I think they are good at what they do. I had a flat tire, and came here simply by way of a Yelp search with all the positive reviews. I was worried that I would need to replace my tire, but it just needed a plug which cost about $20. When they finally got to me, the guy who worked on my car was efficient and quick. I ended up tipping him because he was really good. I forgot his name unfortunately. The only annoying thing is having to wait and how traffic gets backed up into the street. It was my first time there, so didn't really know what to expect. I waited about 1.5 hours before my car was finally seen, and maybe only spent 15 minutes in there for service. I guess the cost and quickness of the service offset the long wait time. I would definitely come back though in the future and try to come during less busy times like early in the morning or later in the evening.”
