“I had a nail in my tire for the second time in a few months, so I googled a shop nearby at the time and this one popped up. They had fairly positive reviews, so I took a chance. I chatted with one of the owners, while I sat in my car, as he patched my tire. He showed me the nail and patched it right in front of me. I was out of there in under 10 minutes. Great customer service and great price! Cheaper than the other place I went to for the other tire. Highly recommend!!”

They helped us prioritize what was needed to keep the car safe and build a timeline for fixing the other items without being pushy.
Love that they send all the recommended work with the quote in a thorough digital document. It included pictures of any damage they found, a break down of how they determined what was urgent and what could wait (color coded too) they even listed suggestions for general maintenance and how frequently it’s recommended.
Of note, They don’t have a ton of space inside their garage so they keep the cars parked on local streets - we had them use a steering wheel lock for extra protection.”

“Solid experience, here at Freddy's where Smitty :-) changed out a tire, actually it was the inner of two tires in the rear of my service body, it was not an easy fix but Freddys didn't charge as much as I thought it would be . “AMAZING. As a young woman who knows little of cars, I was taken care of so well and with honesty. The owner is AMAZING. He even told the man who towed my car to not over charge me. They are reachable and can give a number to towing place or anything should you need and you can drive right in, park, and talk to them. The owner also showed me on his computer his whole sale pricing of my car battery and didn’t even make a penny off of me. He is so kind and wants to take care of you and your car. They are EXTREMELY fast, and helpful. There is also a waiting room with chairs and coffee if needed. Highly highly recommend, and I don’t leave reviews very often!!!!!”

“From South Jersey here, dropping daughter off at college at CU. Pulled up to where I was staying so my tire was almost completely flat filled up with air at an Exxon and a gentleman told me about tire express. He said it’s not the cleanest of places but They did good work for me once. I went there looked shady, but that doesn’t matter because they did the job pulled a roofing nail out of my tire plugged it for $25. Fair price and it did the job. A homeless man tried to sell me some Barber clippers but I said no, and sent him on his way. They did the job I give it a five Star.I was in a dire situation.”
