“I recently took my Jeep to Ritchie’s Auto Shop because it was making a rattling noise coming from the engine. Before that, I had taken it to Pep Boys, where I was charged $1,200 only to be told that “Jeeps make noise.” Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved, and the noise continued to get louder.
After reading the reviews about Ritchie’s, I gave them a call. From the very first conversation, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping. When I explained what had happened, they quickly got my vehicle in for inspection.
The service was truly best-in-class honest, transparent, and reliable. They diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue in a timely manner, and completely eliminated the noise. What impressed me most was that they took the time to thoroughly explain what was causing the problem and provided a fair and reasonable price for the repair.
