“Top Tier customer service I was really blown away at the service I received. Not gonna lie it’s been a long time since I came across anyone that actually cares and in general and have a love for what they do. Joe was so attentive patient and kind. That once I called around for quotes I was drawn back to him. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond with even sending me pics and text messages before I even made it out to the house warehouse. Once I arrived he had things out for me to test and see if that’s what I really wanted. That’s not the kicker I made a purchase got to my salon had an issue, I called Joe he personally came out and fixed (swamped) things out without any pushback or anything.
