“Pretty cool selection with wildly varying prices. Some things will cost less than you expect and some will cost far more than you could afford. Quite confusing honestly but in general really nice selection for people from home owners to someone looking to furnish an apartment. Also has a large reclaimed lumber section with old growth etc. Prices vary again but pretty massive selection. If you have cash to spend on interesting finds, really cool place with decent parking”

“Top Tier customer service I was really blown away at the service I received. Not gonna lie it’s been a long time since I came across anyone that actually cares and in general and have a love for what they do. Joe was so attentive patient and kind. That once I called around for quotes I was drawn back to him. He answered every question I had and went above and beyond with even sending me pics and text messages before I even made it out to the house warehouse. Once I arrived he had things out for me to test and see if that’s what I really wanted. That’s not the kicker I made a purchase got to my salon had an issue, I called Joe he personally came out and fixed (swamped) things out without any pushback or anything. I highly recommend using this company. I’m still talking about the service I received and it’s been almost a week! I appreciate great business and kind souls. Joe you’re amazing stay BLESSED. “A man named Ron helped me much on 2/23/2026! He helped me find a rug that my wife wanted me to purchase. The inventory is great. The quality of the rug is high. An evident manager was alert to my need at the beginning, and he had Ron assist me. The cashier was excellent as well! Our living room is improved, thanks to Home Sense in Columbia, Maryland. The store's setting and cleanliness are important to us as customers, and the staff delivered all!”
“Caroline at the Towson Arhaus was amazing. I’ll preface this by saying that I’m a guy with no interior design experience. I went in to check out a few specific indigo colored throw pillows for my couch that I’d seen online. It was about an hour before closing. Caroline listened to what I had in mind and then quickly got to action. She was incredibly helpful in offering a number of suggestions of varying designs and colors. I walked out an hour later with two indigo throw pillows and two large grayish (chinchilla) lumbar pillows for my couch. I’d been looking for potential combinations online for a while, and Caroline came up with the perfect combo in about an hour. It was very impressive to see Caroline in her element, thinking up new ideas to fit my goal. I’m extremely happy with my purchase, and I could not have gotten to this point without her help. I was also impressed with Arhaus’ quality and selection and with how friendly the whole staff was. Great customer experience!”
