“This experience was exactly how buying a mattress should be. 1) get greeted by the associate (Ian was great). 2) Associate listens to what you need and shows three options. 3) you pick the mattress and proceed to checkout. 4) every item you need is double checked with you before you leave the store.
I was in the store for less than 20 minutes and was never pressured on up sells, but was simply asked if we were interested in any of the extras, which we did take the mattress protector.

“My husband and I walked into the Arhaus store in kenilworth a few days ago with the intent of just looking around. After a minute or two, we were approached by Cami Walker. She struck up a pleasant conversation and before we knew it, we were in the market for a complete upgrade to our family room. She was knowledgeable, professional and even enlisted Mary (a designer there) to help us with ideas. I am now looking forward to receiving my furniture in a few weeks. Cami is a rare find…and a true asset to Arhaus.”
“My experience with the Sleep Number store was exceptional! This was my 2nd visit to the store in Owings Mills, MD, and each time I had the opportunity to work with Ivory.
Ivory was very knowledgeable about each product and guided me along the way. She was able to answer all of my questions, and in a case where she needed to obtain an answer, she called one of her colleagues at another store and was able to get an answer right away. I would recommend the Sleep Number store in Owings Mills and asking for Ivory!”
“Pretty cool selection with wildly varying prices. Some things will cost less than you expect and some will cost far more than you could afford. Quite confusing honestly but in general really nice selection for people from home owners to someone looking to furnish an apartment. Also has a large reclaimed lumber section with old growth etc. Prices vary again but pretty massive selection. If you have cash to spend on interesting finds, really cool place with decent parking”
“Purchased a sofa set from Haverty’s and I’m very happy with it. The salesperson, Chris was patient and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. He helped us to pick a style that fit our space and explained the options clearly.
Delivery was on time and the crew was professional. They set up the sofa, removed the packaging, and made sure everything looked right before leaving.
The sofa itself is comfortable, well built, and exactly like it looked in the showroom. Good quality for the price. I would buy from Haverty’s again and recommend them to anyone furnishing their home.”

“A man named Ron helped me much on 2/23/2026! He helped me find a rug that my wife wanted me to purchase. The inventory is great. The quality of the rug is high. An evident manager was alert to my need at the beginning, and he had Ron assist me. The cashier was excellent as well! Our living room is improved, thanks to Home Sense in Columbia, Maryland. The store's setting and cleanliness are important to us as customers, and the staff delivered all!”
