“I have been going to Lockett’s for a couple of years doing some major maintenance (100k tune up) and other standard car maintenance and brakes. Always honest and they stand by their work. Recently had a water pump replaced as it was going bad. After bringing the car home, there was a coolant leak near the repair. An o-ring caused it and Lockett fixed it immediately. Things like this happen and it’s the overall integrity that’s important. Mike K”

“First-time customer. It was a good feeling to have the customer service set the tone. Immediately, I was greeted, given their ear, and the services required were prioritized. Kenneth was insightful and provided clear and concise recommendations, which assisted me in making a confident decision. Additionally, we were shown what services can be applied and where in the vehicle. We will be returning for more service options. Service: Synthetic Oil Change”
