“Awesome staff - Mercedes scheduled me in for 4:30 in Catonsville when I arrived they said their system made an error and I had to come back tomorrow (3 hours out of the way) called jiffy lube in Catonsville - manager answered and explained to me they can service a Mercedes Sprinter - I went there team is super nice and good people - I hope they get paid what they’re worth and the owner of this location realizes they have a great team. Would go again and I am very particular about my vehicle.”

“I have been going to Lockett’s for a couple of years doing some major maintenance (100k tune up) and other standard car maintenance and brakes. Always honest and they stand by their work. Recently had a water pump replaced as it was going bad. After bringing the car home, there was a coolant leak near the repair. An o-ring caused it and Lockett fixed it immediately. Things like this happen and it’s the overall integrity that’s important.
