“I have been dealing with getting the meds i need for my parents who both need my help for ten years . I have changed pharmacies 6 times in ten years because of the lack of willingness to help our family make our transactions painless. I can say that i have no problem here so far. Im new to this area and hope the service will continue to be the best . I have had some situations come up that needed good customer service skills. The employees have seen that they were handled in a professional manner. I have been using them for about a year .”
“Walgreens is always open during their business hours regardless of staffing. I've ordered online and never had a problem. I don't understand why people give such a low rating. Customer service has always been great. I think some customers just like to complain and are impatient. Especially with pharmacy. Most customers don't understand how a pharmacy works.”

“Nice store and well stocked and clean. Prices are high. Not enough good sales. Today 1/27 disappointed me. I know the snow we got was a hot mess. The weather forecasters gave us heads up on potential weather so advance planning should have been done. No parking area for the carts were shoveled so carts sitting everywhere. And weather is very cold. But the parking lot was a mess. Saw 2 plows around 2pm. They should have tried plowing when less cars were there. But inside standing around self checkout were too many.”
