I also love that the pharmacists take the time to explain your medications, how to take them, and any other concerns you may have, any time I have asked, and they seem to enjoy doing so! If you go into Sam's you will need to open up your purse and give a few extra coins because they have such a wide variety of things available. Not only are their things you would find in a grocery store but there are fresh flowers, furniture, tires and clothes too.I also love their convenient prepared foods. I usually grab a rotisserie chicken with a salad for a quick Friday night dinner. I will say this is the first time I did have to wait in line for it. But it wasn't too long.Of course there is a annual membership fee but I always find a good deal on Groupon.I love Sam's but I have to limit my trips because I always spend way over my budget(in a good way)”
“I remember the day my brother’s wife (then his fiancé) and I went to Waldorf to clean the pharmacy space. We didn’t know it was going to be big in no time. Kwame is naturally a patient being. In the family, we all turn to him for everything. I fill my prescription at Hanson Pharmacy not because he is my brother, but because I don’t have to lift a finger. Two days before it is due, he will drive to my home and deliver it. He listens on the phone, and gives huge discounts.. If the dose changes, he will do all the work. He will call my doctor on my behalf. I have not come across any Pharmacist who does that. He loves his job, and cares about his patients. If not Hanson Pharmacy, where else? Five stars of course!”

“I've been going to the Sam's location for years and have never had any issues. The staff seems very in touch with the local community, and are very helpful. The shelves are always well stocked. As a bonus, the cafe has the usual Sam's Pizza and hot dogs which are still an exceptional value.”

“Sincerely adore this place. They are kind and do fantastic work. The medication box and delivery service have been a massive quality of life increase for me. I won't ever pick up meds from CVS again; the difference in quality in every single aspect of their service is night and day.
Note: This is inside the Medstar facility. The facility has a large parking lot but it is nearly always full. If you cannot walk long distances, I recommend coming with someone who can drop you by the door. While there's ample handicap parking, it is usually full, which is unsurprising given the nature of the facility.”
