“I recently discovered this pharmacy and will never go back to a chain pharmacy. The top notch care, personal touches, compassion, willingness to meet the patient where they are to include free delivery of meds to name a few make this my favorite pharmacy. I have never had such a pleasant experience from a pharmacy.”

“I remember the day my brother’s wife (then his fiancé) and I went to Waldorf to clean the pharmacy space. We didn’t know it was going to be big in no time. Kwame is naturally a patient being. In the family, we all turn to him for everything. I fill my prescription at Hanson Pharmacy not because he is my brother, but because I don’t have to lift a finger. Two days before it is due, he will drive to my home and deliver it. He listens on the phone, and gives huge discounts.. If the dose changes, he will do all the work. He will call my doctor on my behalf. I have not come across any Pharmacist who does that. He loves his job, and cares about his patients. If not Hanson Pharmacy, where else? Five stars of course!”

“I have nothing bad to say about this pharmacy. I always have a great experience going there. The staff there is phenomenal, very friendlyand helpful. I also love that the pharmacists take the time to explain your medications, how to take them, and any other concerns you may have, any time I have asked, and they seem to enjoy doing so! Fantastic place!”

“I've been going to the Sam's location for years and have never had any issues. The staff seems very in touch with the local community, and are very helpful. The shelves are always well stocked. As a bonus, the cafe has the usual Sam's Pizza and hot dogs which are still an exceptional value.”

“Went to Sam's for coffee and ended up with PJ's for our annual family Christmas picture! Lol!Let's face it. If you go into Sam's you will need to open up your purse and give a few extra coins because they have such a wide variety of things available. Not only are their things you would find in a grocery store but there are fresh flowers, furniture, tires and clothes too.I also love their convenient prepared foods. I usually grab a rotisserie chicken with a salad for a quick Friday night dinner. I will say this is the first time I did have to wait in line for it. But it wasn't too long.Of course there is a annual membership fee but I always find a good deal on Groupon.I love Sam's but I have to limit my trips because I always spend way over my budget(in a good way)”

“I live in Pennsylvania and was visiting Maryland when I discovered my tire had a slow leak and needed to be plugged. I called ahead and was told I could come in, although the wait could be up to 5 hours. I arrived about 45 minutes later, only to be told they couldn't help me after all. After speaking with a supervisor, I asked to speak with the manager, Will. He was extremely professional, listened patiently to my concerns, took the time to explain their procedures, and genuinely worked to help resolve the situation. At that point, after waiting for over an hour, I honestly wasn't expecting my tire issue to be resolved. In the end, I needed a new tire, but Will's exceptional customer service completely changed what had been a very frustrating experience. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help should not go unnoticed. Thank you, Will, for turning a negative experience into a positive one.”

“The Cashier at the front name Eugene Deserve deserves a raise. I was picking up a large order of print out photos. He went above and beyond and did something special that he didn’t need to do. He knows what he did and I appreciate him for that. Bless his heart”

“This review is based mostly on the service I received at the counter. The person I encountered was very pleasant. How I am treated at the counter always makes a difference. It also helped that the wait was minimal.”
