Walgreens is always open during business hours. The store is clean and well stocked with a pretty good selection. The pharmacy staff is helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Customer service has always been great. The in-store checkout is speedy, though the drive-through is often backed up. It is an incredibly convenient location. Most customers find the service polite and efficient, especially for pharmacy needs like shots.
Jonathan in the Pharmacy and Natasha the store manager and a couple of other employees of the store in Charlotte Hall, gave me 5 STAR customer service during my recent visit. Everyone was extremely helpful and their personal assistance was impeccable! You guys totally ROCK!
