“I have been dealing with getting the meds i need for my parents who both need my help for ten years . I have changed pharmacies 6 times in ten years because of the lack of willingness to help our family make our transactions painless. I can say that i have no problem here so far. Im new to this area and hope the service will continue to be the best . I have had some situations come up that needed good customer service skills. The employees have seen that they were handled in a professional manner. I have been using them for about a year .”
“Sincerely adore this place. They are kind and do fantastic work. The medication box and delivery service have been a massive quality of life increase for me. I won't ever pick up meds from CVS again; the difference in quality in every single aspect of their service is night and day.
Note: This is inside the Medstar facility. The facility has a large parking lot but it is nearly always full. If you cannot walk long distances, I recommend coming with someone who can drop you by the door. While there's ample handicap parking, it is usually full, which is unsurprising given the nature of the facility.”

“At first I was annoyed my insurance made me stop going to Walgreen's and start going here. I was so wrong. Walgreen's is a nightmare to deal with. This pharmacist is like having an old school 1950s pharmacist. He's so quick, efficient, friendly. Such personalized service. I swear he knows my voice on the phone. In would never go back to a large chain, even if they do have weekend hours.”

“I had to pick up several prescriptions at the Walgreens's on Western Parkway in Waldorf, MD. I was assisted at the drive-thru by Alexis. One of my prescriptions was not ready. I could see that they were a little short staffed, yet, I was greeted professionally with a smile and never felt like I was an imposition to them. Cars were behind me in line and Alexis quickly recognized that since one of my orders wasn't ready, it could be a problem and a long wait for many customers. She was very nice and professional when she asked me to give the team about 20 minutes to fill my final order that had recently come in, I didn't mind pulling forward and waiting. I could see she was solving a situation before it turned into a problem for other. She should be commended for her level of professional excellence and customer service skills. Great job to the entire team but most certainly, Alexis.”
“Busy location with a hardworking staff. I scheduled a covid vax but since the CVS app didn't offer a choice (moderna or pfizer), I cancelled the visit when just one was offered. The pharmacist was polite and professional the entire time when the pharmacy was quite busy.”

“Nice store and well stocked and clean. Prices are high. Not enough good sales. Today 1/27 disappointed me. I know the snow we got was a hot mess. The weather forecasters gave us heads up on potential weather so advance planning should have been done. No parking area for the carts were shoveled so carts sitting everywhere. And weather is very cold. But the parking lot was a mess. Saw 2 plows around 2pm. They should have tried plowing when less cars were there. But inside standing around self checkout were too many.”
