“I visited NTB and the service was excellent - from when I walked in, until I left! I went for a new tire because it was completely flat, but I asked if it could be plugged. They checked it and told me that I didn't need a new one, which I was so grateful for. As a woman, we tend to be taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs, so the fact that they were honest with me, I truly appreciated! I will be back when I DO need new ones!”

“I took my Jeep wrangler in to be serviced by this automotive shop and I would definitely take it back for future services. I was having an issue with the cooling system and this shop was able to get me in same day and complete the repairs the same day. They also suggested services for another issue that was related to the main issue I took my vehicle in for the first place; so I am glad they told me right then and there so that the issue could be addressed. That repair was also done in a timely manner and I was able to retrieve my vehicle the next day. There are too many times you have dishonest people who would not have even mentioned the other issue and let you take your vehicle away only to have to bring it back for more services and more money. This shop DID NOT do that, they let me know right away and I appreciate that. I would definitely take my vehicle back to this shop if I needed to.”

“Today I got an alignment, balance, and rotation done on my 2006 Honda Accord, and I can honestly say I found a gem in the cut. I swear they’ll definitely see me again.
Chet has a great personality and makes you feel welcomed right away—no attitude at all, just straight professionalism. The prices are very reasonable, and the quality of work shows. As soon as I drove off, the car felt completely different in the best way.
What I really appreciated was that they also inspected other issues that needed attention and took the time to explain them. No pressure, just honest information, which I respect a lot.

“I have been bringing my car to this NTB ever since I moved to the DMV area nearly 10 years ago now. The staff are always courteous and professional, they have taken the greatest of care with my car when any repairs are needed. There is staff on hand that know how to drive manual transmission vehicles (which some shops do not), so I never have to worry about damage being done to my car by someone who does not know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle. If they notice anything else while working on my car I always recieve a call and am told what has been found, an estimated cost of repair, and am asked if i would like the additional repair(s) to be done. Also, they do not create BS stuff that needs to be done on my car that actually does not need to be done. Being a woman, this has happened to me at many other repair shops. I am soo glad I have found a repair shop that does not do that. They always tell me like it is, which I highly appreciate. You won't regret bringing your car here for work that is needed. I sure haven't!!!”

I scheduled with Safelite first but their price was over $2000! I thought that was way over priced since my husband had just had his F250 windshield replaced through Safelite a year ago for $1200. I felt so bad that my husband just bought me a brand new car and I was already costing him more money. LOL! So, I called D&S and they cost half the price with the recalibration. And did a great job!”

I had a stuck lug nut on my vehicle I took to 5 other shops 2 of them being the Benz dealership either they couldn’t get it off or said it required more time different tools and a high price. I needed it to be removed so I could get my vehicle serviced before the winter weather. Zik was able to get it off in 30 minutes. Saved me SOOO much money and time and my rim with no damage. He treated me with respect was very knowledgeable and did not try to overcharge me just because I am a female. I would recommend him to everyone thank you so much again ❤️”
