Sometimes retail businesses get a little overwhelmed and in a pharmacy, the phone is always ringing, people have questions, sometimes there are insurance hassles, sometimes there’s 10 people in line. Be patient and friendly yourselves people. I recently waited 15 minutes in a McDonalds drive up for a $2.55 ice tea and there were six cars in front of me!”
