“I have lived in Dunkirk for over 30years and in the first week of October my husband passed away.Things have changed drastically and have been very difficult for me. Sheryl was my cashier and I had told her that my husband usually was the one that did our grocery shopping; but he wasn't with us anymore and I was feeling overwhelmed and out of my element. I shared with her that this was my 2nd time grocery shopping for myself. She was so kind and understanding of my situation. Sheryl even offered her condolences for my dear Samuel. Anytime we've needed special assistance with a medication, or a doctor messed something up that could have otherwise been life-threatening, they were always there to work with us while the doctors got their act together. “Today the female pharmacist was working. She is extremely knowledgeable and engaged with her staff as well as the customer. If there is a line she quickly helps out. She is there for everyone.Quite the opposite with the present male pharmacist. Several years ago the male pharmacist was outstanding and then replaced with the present unconcerned, inattentive, unwilling to be a team player, attitude so much better than others, etc. When I see him I go the other way, I do not need to deal with a rude person of any standing!”
