“I was getting ready to drive back to VA, but my engine temperature spiked and decided to pull over to have it addressed. It was determined that my radiator needed to be replaced, and I was without a vehicle, a place to stay, and had to figure out getting my partner to the airport for her flight.
The store manager went above and beyond, assuring me that the part would be ordered as soon possible and even went out of his way to call a nearby hotel to secure me a room at a reasonable rate. “Once again All in Automotive delivered. Late Monday afternoon of Thanksgiving week before our daughter comes home from college and her car will not start. We had to have it towed Monday evening. Knowing they were busy and would be closed Thursday through Sunday, we were anticipating getting it repaired sometime next week. However, on Wednesday afternoon they were able to find a starter, replace it and get it back on the road! Greatly appreciated and thankful for everyone at All in Automotive!”
