“This is our second time working with the team at Globe Bath & Kitchen and we couldn’t say better things about them. They first did our guest bathroom prior to the pandemic. Even before signing a contract we had renders and estimates in hand. The project turned out exactly to specs, on budget and time. The major renovation of our entire lower level - kitchen, floors, lighting, and fireplace refacing - was delayed by years due to our family’s schedules, but recently completed. We got the same team as in early 2020. The team was clean, fast, efficient, and treated our community with the utmost respect. Our neighbors noticed and went out of their way to let us know the team was quiet (as possible), clean and didn’t leave gates propped open. The project finished three weeks ahead of time, and about 2% over budget. We did move out to allow the team to work quickly, but still were pleasantly surprised at the outcome. I made a mistake and mis-measured when ordering my bathroom vanity. It was very close to being the right size, but the vanity top was a little too big and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Sebastian was very patient, talked me through all of my options, looked at pictures of the problem, and through a couple of phone calls resolved my problem without a huge expense. It was a big problem of my own making, but Sebastian resolved it very quickly. Thanks!”
“We have bought two appliances from Bray and Scarff at the Arlington location since moving into our house 6 years ago. The first was a refrigerator - and it was excellent. We went to the store, had a helpful associate show us models, and - boom - a day later had a new refrigerator.Where Bray and Scarff really shined and impressed us, however, was with our recent stovetop purchase. I won't belabor you with the long story, but the TLDR is that we had tried for months to buy a new stove top from an associate at B&S -- and it was dismal. Endless emails back and forth. We paid for two measurements. And we were constantly chasing the associate.I was about to give up, but then a new associate - Ali - stepped in to help me. WOW What a phenomenal change. Ali was thoughtful, fast, and driven to help us get the stove we wanted. He responded to emails and texts within minutes - not weeks. He got the measurement perfect, communicated very precisely about the details, ordered our Wolf induction stovetop within a few short days (as a pose to MONTHS without ordering from the prior associate) and the second things were delivered, scheduled our install. He was also thoughtful and consultative - not pushing us in one direction or the other, but really helping execute our desires.The crew that did the install was also excellent: kind, thoughtful and were clearly experts. They had to cut about an inch into the countertop, remove parts of our internal cabinetry, and had to do complex removal and setup of the fan system from the crawl space. They did the whole thing in a few short hours and ensured cleanup was done properly.Ali and his team are absolutely amazing. If you go to buy an appliance at B&S - ask for him. You won't be disappointed.”

“I'm so glad we bought our Kohler kitchen sink from Thomas Somerville in Chevy Chase. Will Moser was helpful and patient with our questions in the store, but we are especially grateful for his help after we discovered a problem with the sink. I called Will and he took charge of making things right. He had a new sink delivered on the day we requested, and arranged for the return of the defective sink so that everything was as easy as possible, at no cost to us. Every renovation has problems to solve, and it's most important to be able to trust each supplier. If we had ordered the same sink from an online source, we would have had a much harder time finishing our project on time, with all of the other steps waiting after the sink was installed. Will Moser is informed, efficient, and I'll definitely buy from him again.”
