“Design Builders is a 5-star company. We have a screened-in porch and we got tired of constantly cleaning the pollen each spring as well as having rain and snow get into the porch. I did extensive research and decided to go with Sunscape vinyl windows over ez-breeze windows. Next, I had to find someone to do install these windows.

I was not disappointed.
We worked with their customer representative, Cathy. She showed us the windows at their showroom and fully answered all of our questions. Cathy was wonderful to work with.

Next, their prep team surveyed and measured the window. Again, their prep team led by Nelson explained to us how the custom-fitted windows would fit. During the removal of our screen, it was recommended we replace some wood sections with PVC because the intense sun and weather conditions could shorten the life span of the wood.
I agreed and within hours after going to a builder supply store the PVC was installed.
I couldn’t have been happier with that decision.
The demo and prep work was outstanding.

Cathy gave us an approximate date for installation and used an event/timeline app from proposal to invoice to installation dates. She kept asking along the way. if you have any questions let me know.
