“I am very happy to review Minuteman Press located at 1020 19th St. NW, Lower LL50, Washinton D.C. 20036. I am the Board Secretary for a nonprofit in California, and we had an employee in DC that needed informational cards printed. I looked printers up in that area and after talking to a couple of places that couldn't help me, I called Minuteman Press and explained what we needed. Not only were they happy and willing to help me, but they were also able to get what we wanted/needed completed the next day!! We didn't know what to expect about the price but were pleasantly surprised!! If you are someone from out of town who needs printing done or even if you are from that area, please go to Minuteman Press on 19th street ... I promise you will not be disappointed!! “I am moving to a new place and didn’t have tape yet. I brought my open box for shipping returns. They taped it for free! Didn’t say boo about it. Friendly service.
This is compared to when I went to FedEx out west last year and USPS back in another state on a short trip they each had me buy a roll both times. I was expecting the same here but was pleasantly surprised. I think I’ll stick with UPS if they continue to differentiate themselves positively.”

“This is long overdue. I was on a work trip and last minute noticed I needed access to printing for marketing collateral books. Although they’d already closed for the day, Leslie Klein reopens to let me in and print my collateral. She was so sweet, beyond generous, and didn’t even make me feel I had inconvenienced her. Her husband also came to pick Leslie up with their pup. And we all just got to know each other while working together. Honestly, it’s the warmest interaction I’ve had with stranger in a long time. We even hugged goodbye lol. THANK YOU LESLIE!!!”
“Excellent service! Went there a couple of times in the past few weeks to get documents notarized. They have multiple notaries on site from 9 am through 6 pm (save for lunch break), which is rare. Costs $5 per signature.
Prompt, professional, and no fuss involved. Highly recommended!”
“PostNet is great. It’s my go to place dropping off package returns because it’s so easy to pull up, run inside and drop things off when I’m driving by. There is almost always parking right outside their door. If your package is already addressed, they grab it and scan it in even as they work with others so I’ve never had a long wait (unlike at the FedEx by Whole Foods where I swear dropping off packages takes 30 minutes). If I’m driving by during rush hour when you can’t park on Rt. 1, I’ll pull into the laundromat parking lot a few doors down. Technically you’re not supposed to, but I’m always in and out so fast I know I’ll be back at my car in a flash. The owner and other workers at PostNet are also very friendly, and added bonus when interacting with local business that are longstanding community members.”

“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”

I spoke with the manager (Janiya) who did me a HUGE favour and actually went down the street and collected the box during her off hours and then took it back to the store to affix my shipping label.
