“I’ve been using this post office for years & I’ve had nothing but amazing, above & beyond customer service. I recently had an issue that was entirely my fault regarding a forward that I didn’t realize was still in effect & when I called, the automated system sent me a link to contact customer service for assistance and I put the request in yesterday & I received a call back this morning- I was shocked especially with a worldwide pandemic & I received a call in less than 24 hours & she was able to see what I had done & fix it & I couldn’t be more appreciative. I usually only do reviews when I’ve had a bad experience but I was so blown away by the customer service that I decided to take the time to tell others. Thank you all very much!”

“Best customer service, we took our newborn to apply for his passport. As my newborn was little fussy but they were very patience, he was sleeping and not opening his eyes properly. They also tired clicking multiple pics as per request. They did check thoroughly all the documents and also explained which option would be cheaper. “I didn't really need any services today but I figured that I would stop by and drop off my postcards at this post office. I chose it for no reason other than the name of the town so that it appears last in my list of Yelp reviews after Zolfo Springs. Welcome to Zullinger! When I can find a place that starts with ZY... on my travels, then I'll go there too! The post office is of course closed on Sunday but they have a mailbox you can drive up to and not have to get out of the car. [Review 15136 overall, 638 of 2021, number 556 in Pennsylvania.]”

“Excellent Service!! A little bit old school, no scan in computer system etc, limited hours. But Fantastic customer service and somehow when I drop off packages here they seem to get from point A to point B much faster. The tracking picks up in about a day and they ship quite quickly. One of the 2 fastest post offices in the whole town.”
