My Tesla needed 3 different pieces of glass replaced, due to debris falling on top of vehicle while driving. Along with the chrome trim being damaged.
It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.
Looks like the damage never happened!!

“I brought my car here a few months ago for repairs and was beyond satisfied with the repairs. I liked that they kept me updated and dealt with my insurance directly instead of me playing monkey in the middle.
Unfortunately, I was recently in an accident. Without hesitation, I knew that I would choose this shop to handle the repairs again. The staff always seem to go above and beyond for their customers compared to other typical repair shops I have been to. I don't know much about cars so I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything to me so I could also understand what was going on as well. I got my car back yesterday & I am once again extremely satisfied with the high quality work they did and for their customer service :)

I'd been set on avoiding a new car purchase, since I thought it would be simpler and cheaper to find an equivalent used car on-line. “Believe the positive reviews! Their customer service and quality of work are exceptional! I took my car in to have a damaged bumper repaired. Not only did they repair the bumper, but they sent me a video showing where the frame had been damaged by the previous owner (I'd have no idea) and they kept it a while longer to make sure that was repaired as well. I received regular updates by text, ensuring that I was aware of what they were doing the entire time. I picked it up today, and it honestly looks better than it did before the damage! “I accidentally left the liftgate of my SUV open when pulling into my garage, and the bracket at the bottom of the garage door left a deep scratch on the liftgate. My mechanic, whom I have trusted for over 35 years, recommended J&E Auto Body.
I stopped by and received an estimate from the owner, Jay, then dropped off the vehicle the following morning. When I picked it up the next day, the scratch was completely gone—it looked as if it had never happened. As an added bonus, they also touched up a small area on my front bumper where the paint had chipped off.
The quality of the work was outstanding, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast. I highly recommend J&E Auto Body and would not hesitate to return if I ever need auto body repairs in the future.”
