“Mavis Tires saved the day for me when I had an emergency on I 95 North, having a blowout in my rear truck tire while hauling a 34 foot RV horse trailer. After the Maryland Highway Emergency technicians took care of it they recommended this business to me bc it was just off the next exit, lucky for me! It was a fantastic experience. Delaney, holding down the service desk completely on her own, managed to take care of current customers, answer the phone, listen to my dilemma and get my truck right in the shop to replace all four tires. While they dedicated one technician to me, they were still taking care of their regular customers. I can’t express how much I appreciated their kindness and sympathy for my situation, something that seems so rare these days. I had made the decision to replace all of my tires since they were the same age as the one that had blown out.
Shout out also to the Maryland Department of Highways emergency response technicians. They were there within 20 minutes of my call and had everything that was needed to change the tire safely and they were extremely professional.”

“I scheduled for an oil change and the morning I was dropping off the car, the radiator sprung a major leak. AutoWerkes evaluated the issue and replaced the radiator the following day. That is, fitting in the repair immediately into their workload. I purchased the BMW 335i from them in 2016 and they continue to be my sole source repair shop. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, committed to maintaining the car, and I enjoy working with them.”

“As local junk haulers in Harford County we are in and out of the landfill all the time and run over nails and screws all the time. In the last week we took to of our trucks in for screws in our tires. They were able to patch one and on the other one the screw didn’t go all the way through and no patch was needed. They could have charged me for the screw that did not go through tire, but did not. “Returning to NJ from NC family visit when my car alerts me to low pressure in one tire. I exited the highway at stopped at 2 places and was told it would be hours of wait time to check for the issue. By some miracle I kept looking for a tire place instead of just limping the remaining 2 hour drive with my slow leak, that led me to Aberdeen used tires/Chavos!!!! I was in an oit of there in a flash! Dismounted the tire, found/ removed the piece of metal, plugged the hole, refilled low tire and checked pressure in the others and I was back on the road!! Cheap, fast and friendly! They solved the issue with no nonsense or attempt to sell me stuff I didn't need!! 100 stars if I could! Thank you!”

“I just took my vehicle in because I heard a loud sound at my right rear of the car when I put the brakes on. It sounded like a motorcycle was pulling up next to me. I took it in this morning, they diagnosed it quickly and found that the brakes were metal to metal and needed to be replaced . I figured as much and I was expecting that , but I was not expecting to be told that my front right something or another was leaking oil and fluid. It would cost $903 to repair. When I got over the shock and got up from the floor I knew it was something that had to be done, and they had to order the parts. Very quickly after they revived me and gave me that news they told me that it was covered by my extended warranty. If I could dance, I would be doing so right this minute. The brakes were replaced in an adequate amount of time, and Brittany, who took care of me, as well as Mr. Charlie Walls, who is one of the owners , were not only kind and considerate, but they were professional and helpful, and I am thrilled all the way around. Thank you very much Plaza Ford for being there to make my life a little easier.”
“Not a bad place to buy groceries, though I still prefer going to Costco for most of my warehouse shopping. The place is definitely older and could use an update but the items are pretty solid. I do love the various coupons I have access to on the apps and I come here when I'm too lazy to go to white marsh. Checkout is pretty fast, it is always pretty empty when I go (evenings). Parking lot is large and there is typically a ton of space.”
