“We had a 2011 Subaru outback that we took into get new tires, which were done there wasn’t great communication, but we have had an ongoing problem with the vehicle for several years with not a good metallic noise it was making, and they found the problem and took care of it now the car runs like a dream so I am very grateful for that despite the lack of communication. We had taken it to several other automotive repair shops to get the metallic sound checked and nobody could figure it out. Firestone found it!”
