The staff were super friendly and helpful—though I’ll admit their charming British accents briefly made me wonder if I was in a high-end period drama about parcel delivery. They handled my shipment like it was the crown jewels, packing everything securely and walking me through the process with patience (and tea-worthy politeness). Prices were fair, service was quick, and I left grinning. If you ever need to ship something overseas from London, these folks will treat your package—and you—right. Brilliant!”

“I have been here countless times and never met an unfriendly employee. Very helpful, the line can get a bit long but they are always staffed well from what I can tell and get through it pretty quickly.
May I suggest having a dedicated individual for printing services and one for shipping services? Not sure if corporate allows it but it would perhaps streamline things for everyone.”
“This place is awesome. Friendly and helpful. Will take your package and make sure you get the best rate for shipping. Nice store, lots of variety. If you're shipping for Christmas, they even have a deadline schedule you can take with you. Kudos to a great owner and staff.”

“This place is powered by some awesome people. True, some are regular people doing their best while understaffed during holidays, but still, they try to make things easy. I've never felt rushed or like an inconvenience to everyone when I'm here. It's always clean and organized. If a machine acts up (rare) the staff take care of it quickly.”

“I came here for an amazon drop off. It’s my first time but wow, the amount of people that were in line? I don’t know how you guys handle it. After about 15 mins mainly cause one customer didn’t have their code, didn’t know which code was for what, she had maybe 19 items… i mean i can keep going. But the young lady was patient! When I reached the counter, which felt like eternity, I gave her my return. All I saw was piles of boxes, she said it was all from morning to then, to 2pm. There was trash can full of amazon bags, amazon boxes everywhere from all the returns, and you telling me this was a free drop off? Wow! They clean up after people, sort their things, tape their packages, scan them in and it was all free! Staples is too kind.”
