“Holy cow! I am so very grateful to Tammy and the entire team at Burtonsville Auto Body and Paint. I fell victim to a man who approached me in a parking lot about fixing very minor scratches and dents on my Subaru Outback. I don’t know why I agreed to work with him, but that person ruined the paint job. It was left mottled and matte. I was horrified. The good folks at Burtonsville saw me right away and were entirely sympathetic to me. Their painters restored my car’s shiny finish. Highly recommend!”
“Went in for some scrapes and a missing panel on my front bumper. Tim assessed the damage. He ended up fixing the scrapes for free and gave me a great price on replacing the panel. He was able to order the part and fix the panel the next day. I felt he was very honest and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.”

We got off the road and figured out what it was - it wasn't something major but we needed help fixing it and could not have continued on without getting it fixed. “Gerber Collision was recommended after a rear-end collision. The front office staff was friendly. Ian, the estimator, was friendly and personable. We both have Sonatas and chatted a bit about how much we like them. He looked over my car with me and even pointed out damage that I did not catch at first. He also informed me that the insurance company may cover a new car seat since mine was in the car at the time of the accident. He kept me updated throughout the entire process.
Communication/status is tracked via text message where you are sent a link to track the repair process. Repair and paint was quick. I dropped my car off on the 30th and it was ready by the 8th. It probably would have been quicker than that if one of the parts was not sent to them in error.
If I am ever in need of a repair shop again, Gerber Collision will be my go to shop!”

Just yesterday, I stopped by for an assessment of damage to my new car. Kim, the General Manager, spent a good bit of time walking through options for me to save money and keep from filing an insurance claim. She had her team buff paint to my front quarter panel and bumper at no charge! The work looks great and it saved me thousands. I highly recommend Gerber to everyone I know.”

I used Gerber, as they are a trusted Geico repair shop.
They were extremely courteous (especially Janelle). She is an absolute gem and evoked confidence, knowledge and amazing customer service.
My truck was diagnosed and COMPLETED in less than 10 days.
Issue: Insurance claim involving a large tree limb that fell on my truck and caused damage to body.
They even went above and beyond to work with an outside company to help choose and replace my truck bed cover also damaged and part of the insurance claim.
Simply couldn't ask for a better experience with anyone else.
Will hold this place (especially Janelle and the quality of repairs) in high regards.

“I ran up on a curb while driving my son’s Ford Focus and needed it repaired ASAP. The damage was to the right front passenger side near the wheel. Maryland Collision was highly recommended by Koon Ford. Elijah came over to Koon to examine the car and provided an estimate. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave me a very fair estimate and was able to “squeeze me in” at the last minute which was really something I needed.
