“I hit a deer on Dec 30. Needless to say I had extensive damage to the front of my 2017 Mazda Soul Red Cx5. This is multi stage paint - probably irritating to match.
I took it into Gerber for an estimate. Ian (manager) walked around the car, discussed everything in detail, and entered an initial estimate - telling me it was low pending sensors, etc that they would look at in the shop. From there - all the negotiation was with my insurance company (NJM).
Ian told me he would need 7-10 days to get all the parts, do repairs, and paint. The car turned out beautiful and well matched the existing paint. So happy!
Why 5 stars? Because not only was the work excellent, but Ian was the most communicative service person I have dealt with. He called and texted updates consistently. Service and quality work are hard to come by these days!! I would, and will, highly recommend this shop for body/paint work!! Thank you to Ian and the techs who did a great job for me.”
“Another body shop estimated it would take over 4 months to get to our job. A call to Mike at Mullinix and under two weeks later our work was completed. Great communication along the way and the truck came back looking like new. They washed the interior and exterior too - nice touch!”
“I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision and Glass. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. My Jeep Grand Cherokee looks amazing, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the repairs and would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision work. Always great customer service and excellent work! The only body shop that will touch any of my vehicles!”
“We drove in from out of state to check out a new car for our family. Mohammad Siddique helped us with a new Pathfinder. He was kind, funny, personable and very knowledgeable. He showed us all the features of the car, and he answered all of our questions. We appreciate all of his help plus the team supporting him was great. Thank you for your time.”
