Customer Service was good however, when I went to go chose a card, under cultural cards, they had a buddha, muslim, lgbtq, trans, and Palestine flag, but did not have anything with a cross or Israel on it, I decided to go elsewhere to open an account, hopefully they include Christians in the future.

Tired of the constant apologies for having to wait. If they can’t hire more staff maybe the “managers” could have a drawer open so they can help the teller when needed.
