I want to acknowledge Joseph at the Bethany Lane Branch. There was a problem with my direct deposit this morning - apparently it was a M&T problem. Joseph called me twice to follow up on my account. I really wasn’t expecting any follow up, so he impressed me with his service. Thank you!
