“I love HighStarr. I go there to have all manner of things printed: sewing patterns on giant A0 size paper, images on glossy cardstock for projects, landscape designs on large matte sheets. I even took them a whole vintage puzzle for copying. The people who work there are always friendly and helpful and they know how to do things--if I have digital files that need fidgeting before they're ready, or I don't know what the best size or layout is, they sort that out with me. I've always found the prices reasonable for what I need. Could I get things printed more cheaply somewhere else? I don't know, but I'm not interested in shopping around because I'd rather pay a little more to work with good people. HighStarr is 1000x better than going to any big chain or self-service copy place.”

He had no reason to be helpful to me whatsoever, but he patiently offered to look into my tracking issues where an Access Point had refused my package and gave me advice how to solve the problem. It almost brought me to tears how kind and patient he was, especially given that he was not poised to benefit from this interaction. That kind of service is particularly rare in this day and age, and it won’t be forgotten. Clarksville customers: you’re lucky to have a businessperson like this in your town.
