“I literally could not write enough good things about this place. After months of searching online and in person looking for the perfect fit trailer for our family, we found it (of course while visiting another state). Wagner's was the closest place we could find "our trailer" at and Sam and Dylan were super helpful in getting everything set for us before we made the 2 hour drive there. We got there, Jordan was incredible at showing us all about the trailer, we hooked it up, and it just wasn't right; due to the layout of that particular trailer, water in the tanks significantly added to the tongue weight and pushed us over what our vehicle could tow. Todd and Jordan were honest and upfront about concerns and keeping our family safe, and after everyone's hard work, we ultimately decided safety was our highest priority. We were so disappointed to not get this trailer, but we will ABSOLUTELY be back to buy whatever Wagner's has that will work for our family. There is no doubt in my mind that most other dealerships would have let us drive out of there with an unsafe setup, and being inexperienced to travel trailers, we wouldn't have known better. A place this honest putting the customer first is a true gem, and I am forever grateful that they exist and will keep our family safe!”
