“I very recently purchased a spring suit for my grandson's birthday and indicated his address for delivery. The suit came to MY house instead and I was disappointed and wrote a one star review which I cannot find, I hope it was removed. This company had the integrity to reach out to me with apologies and offered a refund on the suit for my misfortune. I cannot say how pleased I was to receive first, live phone call, secondly excellent customer service and thirdly to have them do this for me and make amends for their mistake. I too own a small company and value customer input and these folks went way beyond what they could have done....I would give them 10 stars if I could!! I also want to say that I have bought several wetsuits from them in the past and always had a good experience and I regret my negative posting....this is a company full of integrity and they have my loyalty forever.....buy from them!!!
