“I recently received a dubious email that I assumed was from my local Allstate agency. After being informed by Allstate corporate that my local office sent this email I contacted this location and needless to say was irate. Jessica and Susan did their due diligence and located the actual sender and informed me they were not the recipients. I appreciated the office for working to resolve the issue ( although, it was partly in my error). They still handled the situation professionally. Although I am no longer a customer, they definitely should be recognized for their ethical standards.”
