Shipping items can be a bit of a pain but the team in this store always takes of everything, from packing to getting you the best shipping rates for your needs. And everyone is friendly, funny, and helpful without ever being solicitous or scripted. Just genuine great service.”

The estimated delivery to the recipient was 09022025. Well the package arrived to its destination 08302025, with special care, everything intact. “This UPS store always provides great customer service. Had a recent experience with the United States Postal Service, in which they wanted me to purchase tape to affix my return label to my package. I had to drive to the UPS store to return an Amazon package. I asked the customer service representative if they could give me clear tape so that I can tape my United States Postal Service label to my other package. Instead they put my label in a clear sleeve AND affixed it to my pack for me to take to the United States Postal Service. I really appreciate this level of curiosity service and I hope the USPS can learn something from them.

“I live in this community and have been using this UPS store regularly for over 2 years. I have always known their hours to be until 7pm on the weekdays. It’s my understanding that they stop doing special services by 6:30 because it requires time and could exceed closing. All of the employees at this UPS store are wonderful. They are always helpful and very friendly. Ms Shawn is great. Elijah is awesome and the others are very nice as well. Great store! Can’t see going anywhere else for my UPS needs. I also don’t mind adhering to the hours that are posted.”

“I received the best service from Don during my visit to this store. I needed numerous different photocopy work done, passport photos taken, shipping packages created, and notary services for some documents. Don was extremely helpful and patient with my many requests. A delightful experience made ever better when I found out I had actually walked into the store past their closing time, yet I still received stellar and patient service. And when I left and mistakenly left my photos behind, Don called me and went above and beyond to ensure I got them that evening. Truly great customer service!”

They work efficiently and don't act as if I'm bothering them by entering the store. I go out of my way sometimes just to patronize this location because of the service.”
