“Overall, the staff has always been friendly and cooperative. I have lived in Clinton for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience there. The one exception is sometimes there is a very long line - some days are busier than others!”

“My experience was great’ Daniel and Ama, they literally went above and beyond for me. It was Saturday night the night before the snow storm they closed at 4pm, I literally arrived at 6:34pm and knocked on their locked door seen the gates down but I still had hope. Daniel came to the door and I explained to him that I had a package pick up he kindly asked me for my ID Knowing that they closed 2 hours ago he still went out his way to find my package I stood at the door he let me in once he found my package and let me sign for it. I truly appreciate it because I really needed it and especially before that snow storm hit. They did an awesome job this was the true epitome of excellent customer service because they didn’t have to let me in or retrieve my package. They were very polite, kind and friendly! Thank you Daniel and Ama I truly appreciate you guys.”

“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”
“I never thought I'd write a review of a UPS Store but here we are. The service in the L Street store is always outstanding: quick, friendly and helpful. Shipping items can be a bit of a pain but the team in this store always takes of everything, from packing to getting you the best shipping rates for your needs. And everyone is friendly, funny, and helpful without ever being solicitous or scripted. Just genuine great service.”

“Best service ever. O8282025 I had a very fragile item to mail. The UPS staff assured me that they would take very good care in packaging the item as i had to leave it without seeing it packaged. The estimated delivery to the recipient was 09022025. Well the package arrived to its destination 08302025, with special care, everything intact. “This UPS store always provides great customer service. Had a recent experience with the United States Postal Service, in which they wanted me to purchase tape to affix my return label to my package. I had to drive to the UPS store to return an Amazon package. I asked the customer service representative if they could give me clear tape so that I can tape my United States Postal Service label to my other package. Instead they put my label in a clear sleeve AND affixed it to my pack for me to take to the United States Postal Service. I really appreciate this level of curiosity service and I hope the USPS can learn something from them.

“I received the best service from Don during my visit to this store. I needed numerous different photocopy work done, passport photos taken, shipping packages created, and notary services for some documents. Don was extremely helpful and patient with my many requests. A delightful experience made ever better when I found out I had actually walked into the store past their closing time, yet I still received stellar and patient service. And when I left and mistakenly left my photos behind, Don called me and went above and beyond to ensure I got them that evening. Truly great customer service!”

“The customer service here is outstanding!! The employees at this location always make eye contact and greet customers (especially if they are not busy with other customers) upon entry. They work efficiently and don't act as if I'm bothering them by entering the store. I go out of my way sometimes just to patronize this location because of the service.”
